Relaxing place”
The food, room, staff was great but there was no wifi and tv during our stay bec their wifi was down. They made us watch movies in their mini theater which was a good option but we didnt bec the wanted to stay and relax in our room. Pls make sure wifi is available because when we booked the room one of its perks was free wifi. Also, even if we have our own data connection for internet, globe and smart signal was poor.

Peace and Quiet Achieved”
4 kms away from Twin Lakes Tagaytay Rooms - stayed in Studio Twin Room with Balcony, bidet, cable tv, heater and blower. Due to typhoon Tisoy, internet was down. Good thing we brought our own wifi. Globe has a good data connection anyway. Perfect ambiance for those who are looking for a quiet and nature friendly space. Amenities are great! Swimming pools, fun center, pavillion etc can be used as a guest. Buffet breakfast is okay too. Coffeeshop also offers variety of food. We tried Angus Beef salpicao which is great :) Will definitely go back.

Big Room and Amazing View”
Summary: It's definitely worth a visit. Pros: -Big Room (perfect for Big Families) -Great Staff -Value for money -View is amazing -Free Day pass at the Canyon Woods Resort -We stayed on a weekend and we got to hear mass in their quaint chapel. -Breathtaking view Cons: -The bigger pool is far away -There was cat poop smell in the bigger pool area -Shuttle service took a while (hotel to bigger pool area) -The breakfast buffet area is not very friendly for PWD or the Elderly (the elevator was small and it was under maintenance during our stay)

The room is big and clean. The kids enjoy the indoor pool and outdoor pool. The food is yummy. I thing, i didnt consider, when I send a messages but they didn't response or granted my request.

Our overnight stay is truly one of the best. YOu will be at peace and loved when you go to Canyon Woods. The Jacuzzi, warm pool and of course the buffet breakfast. Plan to go back with our parents..

Nice place for kids! With recreational facilities aside from swimming and good nature to relax. Good for parents too to be fit (tried jogging) within the area in early morning!

This is an almost perfect resort but the comfort room smell let it down”
This is what you've been looking for for a family/romantic trip. The cold breeze of tagaytay that you can enjoy outside and an in-door heated pool to relax after a hike/walk inside the property. The rooms are clean and almost had the same setup with canyon cove (I've been there more than 5x already and Canyon Woods rooms are almost the same ). The facilities are also complete here, restaurant serves good food at good price. Place is perfect for a quick getaway with the family or loved ones. What I don't like is the unusual foul smell that never disappears on their comfort room. I cannot be wrong but the smell is like a poo of a baby left on a diaper for days, that is the exact smell I've been smelling everytime I enter the comfort room during our stay. We did not bother reporting it to the staff as I've already read the same problem from other people who stayed here. Lastly is the price, this is one of the CHEAPEST hotel in Tagaytay where you can stay (dare to compare).

We went there to celebrate fathers day.. well unang una is naapreciate agad nmin ang view ng room.. para kang nsa iban bansa.. 😁😁Value for money is ✅ na ✅! Ang linis ng facility at ok nman mga staff. Naenjoy namin ang indoor pool at jacuzii.. Buffet breakfast is superb! 🤤🤤 We had a great experience Overall.

If you're someone who likes to dwell under nature's arms, this is your place. Cedar trees are all over the place, it's very much conducive for jogging and long walks. Breakfast is good and staff are really nice.

Good facilities and variety of activities. Affordable room rates. Restaurant is a bit pricey. You have to bring your own food if you don’t want to spend more or go outside.

Overall Excellent”
It was last December when me and my partner booked and stayed in this Hotel. We do not have Car but this place is accessible via public transportation. But I would recommend this more if you do have your own Car if you want to explore outside the Hotel since it is near Tagaytay. The staffs are great they even upgraded our room into Loft Type which is I really appreciated. I don't know why but they did anyways and I am thankful for that. It is a perfect place for staycation. Staffs are approachable and very helpful. Room is always clean. If the breakfast is included in your check in, you can upgrade it to Buffet one at a very low price. But the Lunch and Dinner is pricey so I suggest you to enjoy Tagaytay for Lunch and Dinner (again if you have your own car). Too many facilities and amenities, pools and others. You would not get bored. I definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation. It is good for the family too.
