Short getaway”

Bedrooms were spacious, clean but comfortable. Bathroom a bit small but serves its purpose. Food in restaurants were not really wow mind blowing but it is value for money. Breakfast buffet had enough selections and good enough. Facilities were good too.

Awesome as always”

PRO - Staff members are awesome! Especially the new sandiego resto manager - really engaged... we have been regular customers way way back and still customer service Has been an exceptional “constant”. CON - Maybe upgrading the pool a bit? A bit slippery and pool edges have become sharp. Been ideal not to be placed as well in joining rooms (if not a companion). Some people can be too noisy and loud. And maybe include “no shouting” as a resort policy along the hallways or at leasy keep it to a minimum - some prefers it to be a relaxing, peaceful and quiet vacay..

Highly recommended ”

Highly recommended for family with small kids, even teeners cause they will surely enjoy the infinity pools, the beach and the generally the entire place. Very nice to have photo sessions. And what’s even better was that the place isn’t crowded so we enjoyed swimming at the pools, we even have them for only ourselves! Also, you are still allowed to use their facilities (both the Club & Terrazas) even after check out, you may ask for towels and change up in their locker area which is also nice. Food tastes good though a bit pricey.

All about the location”

The rooms itself are very ordinary. Simple beds, simple table and chairs, wifi was weak. Yes, the location is nice and so are the main areas. I guess they are riding on the popularity of the location. But it is a long drive from Manila and I find myself wishing I had booked a different vacation like Boracay or Panglao instead. Its just doesnt justify the big price and flat service.

Punta Fuego Vacation”

Punta Fuego was truly a relaxing place and we had a great time as a Family. We would like to send our kudos to Alex, the staff manager at the restaurant who was very accommodating and helpful. He sure is an asset in Punta Fuego. We will go back soon and probably spend more days!

Perfect Getaway after busy weekdays”

The staff were so accomodating and no hassle during check in and check out.The food were little bit pricey but they served good buffet breakfast but the food selection is more on filipino dishes.The infinity pool is magnificent ..I would highly recommend this resort .

Best accomodoation for family getaway”

Got a good offer from agoda for a one night stay, location was good, staff are friendly and accomodating. We arrive a little early and its too humid to stay with my baby in the lobby to wait for the room to be ready. So the staff offer us to stay in the playroom. The Room is really spacious and clean with a nice view of the ocean. Restaurant offer a good menu but a little pricey. We enjoy and we will be back again.

beautiful surroundings of the hotel, a lot of activities to do for the entire family and an amazing view of the sea, but the room needs a make over like a brighter room color, a cleaner bed and bed sheets (the comforter in our room had a stain on it) thicker towels, the toilet bowl in our room has a stain and crack on the top, dusty floor, (sunset view room) about the food; selection is limited, taste is plain.

Awesome stay ”

We stayed at a sea view casita and it was awesome to hear the waves at night .. and actually all day. We didn’t bother to use our speakers since the sound of the waves was just soothing . Ive been so stressed lately and I was healed immediately . The staff were as usual lovely and attentive . Great service from the front desk to the waiters and masseuse . Everyone was great ! I had the best chicken and pork adobo at the San Diego restaurant and the girls were generous with the cocktails at the lounge 😀 Would love to come back again next week !

Mother’s bday celebration”

Great amenities, kind and polite staffs, beautiful and very clean beach!! Many pools for the kids! Some stairs were steep for my mom who’s already a senior citizen, but overall we love the place! We will be back again 👍

We love the place ”

Cons: our neighbor room's tv was very loud and I had trouble from sleeping so I decided to join the other bed away from the connecting door. We love the place and we want to go back but I hope it would be perfect the next time. Pros: Foods were delicious except the breakfast buffet.

As usual, nice hotels, nice beach, nice breakfast buffet, nice view, accommodating staff. The ala carte menu needs a bit improvement though. The beach below the double infinity pool should seriously be cleaned - what a waste of a good beach at a good location in the property. BETTER WIFI PLEASE!!! :(

Enjoyable vacation”

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our room is facing the beach and sunset. The pool is near and my youngest kid enjoyed the kid's pool with lots of balls. The infinity pool is lovely with view of the sea. They have game room where my kids enjoyed playing different table sports and playroom for small kids. We also loved the beach in Long Beach, so relaxing. They also have movie time in tennis court, where you can feel the fresh and breezy air.The food was okay though pricey. Staffs and crews were courteous and attentive. Environment is clean, our room is big enough for family of 6. I will surely recommend this place and go back again.

Good place to relax and have fun”

The place it self is spectacular!!!! I mean i could live there! The pools are divine! They aldo have kiddie pools for the kids :) My only issue are the restaurants... So expensive! The food is not even great... The free buffet breakfast is so so.. But all in all i think this place rocks! We will definitely come back :)

Beautiful views, friendly staff, nice ammenities”

We had a nice stay at Club Punta Fuego. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the dining staff at the San Diego Restaurant. The sunsets were gorgeous from the resort grounds, and the double infinity pool was a beautiful place to lie out. The lower beach was decent, and the snorkeling there was quite nice- big clams, good coral and fish could all be seen from just off the shore. I would recommend this resort of you can get a good price!

Awesome stay”

It was really lovely. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The initial room has a defective toilet flush and we were immediately upgraded to a better room free of charge. The food is the best, it's fresh and cooked with passion. The place is very serene and lovely. It's almost perfect except for the additional charge of towels when we went to the beach. I will definitely go back and recommend this place. A very pleasant experience.

It was ok. Nothing special. The room was dirty when we got there. There were dirt stains on the floor the could have been removed by proper mopping. Limited food selection on the menu, everything was expensive. The only saving grace was the breakfast buffet which had lots to choose from.

Nice Quick Getaway from the city”

The place is beautiful, no question about it. But the staff and some of the facilities could use some upgrade. Being a local there, seemed that we were given less priority than the foreigners or members of the club. For shelling out a ton of money, I felt that I didn't get the service that I deserved. The food too lacked variety and wasn't really that good as others raved about. It was okay at best. The staff were always too busy to pay attention to our needs. Had to call twice to get a golf cart and it took them 10 minutes to get to our casita. They need to brush up on their customer service skills. They advertised some things on their website that weren't available, like wi-fi, welcome drinks for ALL the guests, no cold wet towels when we got there, no wine and fruits in our room [only cookies and cutlery]...Lastly, then didn't serve corned beef during the buffet breakfast and the buffet was just so-so.

One great overnight stay!”

We only stayed for overnight but it was short and remarkable experience. The view was spectacular from our room near the cliff, they called it Casitas. The room was so spacious and gives a good mood for resting. As you enter Punta Fuego you will immediately feel the exclusivity of the place. The staff are so warm and properly trained. The buffet breakfast was also nice. There are lots of activities being offered and you are also allowed to go to their Terrasas, which is a sister resort of Club Punta Fuego. it was really a nice place to visit and have fun. the infinity pool was amazing!

Great location, resort and relaxing”

My wife and I stayed for four nights and we enjoyed every minute of it. We had a great ocean room and not many other guest's were staying. We enjoyed going to all the different location's with the shuttle bus and one day we booked a driver to go and see Nasugbu and surroundings which was great. Staff was very friendly and very attentive. I had absolute great time with Joselito Name the tennis coach as he got me on the court every morning at 7.30 am and showed me new skills I never thought I had in tennis. Restaurant was great and we enjoyed our pre dinner drinks at the bar overlooking the bay.
