I booked a room with AC. It says standard room with fan but room details indicates its with AC. I tried talking to the owner but she doesn't seem to have an idea. Windows has no screen so there's mosquitos. On my 9 days stay, room was cleaned once. Only brooming of the floor. Owners were very kind and entertaining. Also, the rooms are at the basement. Internet is upstairs. It doesn't connect at all even if my room was the nearest to the lobby.

During our stay they have a problem with the electricity. They have generators but they did not turned it on, so the whole night was a mess/disaster. Imagine the closed room without AC or even an electric fan. They have small window but if you open it you will smell a rotten rat, so we don’t have a choice but to close it again. Then we decided to take a shower at 4am with the flash light in our cp so we can go to the beach as early as 530 to catch the sunrise but the main gate was padlocked. We tried to call them at 630am to open the gate but no one answered. We’re able to go out only at around 730am. Super bad experience!!!!

What a load of B.S from you!!! -Really?! When you woke up after sleeping all day from your early check in at "9:30AM" you complained that we are NOT WHITEBEACH, and you falsely accused us of having a Whitebeach address, on your booking confirmation page clearly states that we are "SABANG ROAD,BGY.POBLACION,PUERTO GALERA,PHIL.5203. The reason why you booked with us, is that WhiteBeach accommodation is 3 times more expensive than us. We are so Happy you we're "cheap charlie" because at least you could not complain about our food as you did not purchase one thing from us not even a coffee. -We do not put instructions on how to use our Fan's and Aircon's because "MOST PEOPLE 99%,can work it out". -None of our other Guests next morning at Breakfast complained about electricity. -Their is NO BAD SMELL here maybe one of you eat something. PS: Our advise next time booked WhiteBeach, bring money and good attitude. Team Happy Buddha Inn :D

Anne e Steave e la loro figlia sono persone di cuore, onesti e gentili, come stare a casa! La camera pulita e spaziosa, essenziale, ti con canali internazionali, il Wi-Fi non è il massimo ma è un problema diffuso nell’isola, lo consiglio per chi vuole un posto calmo, atmosfera familiare, senza pretese speciali! Ci ritornerei!!! Un saluto al piccolo Giancarlo nipote dei proprietari! Grazie di tutto!
