Good staycation”
From outside, you will not think much of the hotel. The front view is not really an attractive one. But who cares? What it lacks, it compensates with a lot more important things. Service - Superb! the staff are very welcoming and they always smile. Food - Very good! there is a restaurant on the ground floor and the food tastes good. the price is affordable. my special thanks to Marvin and Lei for taking good care of us. Room - Very spacious. The aircon works. There's hot and cold water, tv and wifi. You won't get hungry when you stay here because SM Mall is just across the street but at night it's still a quiet place at the hotel. And they have swimming pool, too. :)

My disappointment is the noiseist of the other guest. Suite room is not soundproof as you mention on room description..you can hear the shouting of the others apecial during our stay...guest has right to enjoy the amenities pool or any but they must also consider other guest..thier noise until 12 or 1am so even if you want to sleep you cant ...maybe you need to strictly applied the rule till 11pm pool cut off.

Location is great as few steps away from the big mall. Looks not good outside but room inside is awesome. Very Clean and Cold. Only floor too slippery. Breakfast is awesome, too Filipino and food are taste great. this is for a very low price

Highly recommended if you are looking for a decently priced hotel in Lipa. The hotel is conveniently located across the shopping mall. Buffet breakfast was great also. The staff were hospitable and friendly all throughout our stay. Thank you for having us :)

The hotel was good, spacious room, good breakfast selection for the 2 days we stayed. Only downside was our room was not sound proof enough that we could hear all the street activities. The hotel was situated along the highway and I had to sleep through the street noise even at night. I hope they do something about it. Aside from that, I had no problems with my stay. Also, I aam.not sure if they had an elevator as we climbed the stairs going to our room. Better to confirm with them first before booking a room for elderly guests or PWDs.

Location was great just in front of SM Lipa. ”
The staffs are great, very accomodating. It was just difficult for us to climb the stairs as We were given the room in the 3rd floor and there is no lift/elevator.

Solid hotel in Lipa”
Right across from the SM, this hotel is well located. I need to really thank the staff. I forgot a gadget plugged into their TV when I left. A weak later, they were able to find it for me and hold it until I could swing back to Lipa on my travels.

OK hotel at a good price in a good location but the bed was awful. And it is a good bed I am paying for to get a good night sleep. The mattress is a leatherette blow up air mattress. the sheets will not stay place because the leatherette is too slippery. Therefore you spent the night with your skin next to the leatherette. Not nice. With two people in the bed you may as well not have had sheets at all. And it is a shame as otherwise it is good value for the money and right beside the shopping mall for all your other needs. Good well trained friendly staff. But I expect to sleep on sheets and a mattress in any hotel.

Disappointing Hotel Room ”
The pictures published do not quite do real justice to the how the property is - it is so DECEIVING to say the least! We book for a triple room - with two twin beds and an extra bed. What we got: a double bed and 1 single foam mattress on the floor. This was a total disappointment as when I booked there supposedly are 2 twins still available. And for the price I paid (US$61) - a "total taken advantage rate". We checked in early (around 2:30 pm) since I know they are fully booked maybe due to the Lipa LaSalle graduation - but still the room given was as stated above. WE are three people who cannot be sleeping side by side (hence the request right from booking time). The three of us were squeezed in a small room on the second floor of the main building. Tight as it is. (Really was meant to be a double room). Bathroom was so small - be ready to get the floor wet all around as it is so tight as well. The toilet bowl is pretty 'fixed' on the left wall that you have to squat sideways! (what a joke really). It was at least clean to be fair. Good airconditioning although so dated. Wifi can be tolerable. Breakfast is ok with fairly good choices - from bread to rice, vegetable and meat. The only good thing... it is a walkbridge across to SM Lipa for dining and maybe shopping (if needed). Overall - i had a great expectation based on prior reviews and pictures - but utterly different on the actual stay. Not my first choice now if I ever need to get back to Lipa. I will probably think twice before i decide to book here again. (Mind you - i am not expecting a 3 star
