Great experience at Infinity”
I’m not big on writing reviews. However our time was so good here I felt the need to share. Absolutely loved the facilities. I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness, especially in bathrooms/bedrooms, and I felt right at home at this location. The view is stunning. The location is great, it feels like you’re secluded and close to the mountains but you also get the Ocean view. We only ate breakfast at the resort but we enjoyed it. We took it manage of the poolside bar once and the drinks were great. Not really any negatives to point out. We went during low season which was great because there was hardly anyone there. Felt like your own resort. Especially from living in Manila, that was a great bonus Really enjoyed the staff, they treated us very well. (Shout out to Cyril from the wait-staff.)

We booked the executive room and they gave us the one right in front of the beach! The view was so wonderful! The pool was lovely especially with the mountain as the background. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi too. The breakfast was so filling with 1 choice of hot beverage and 1 choice of juice, basket of asstd bread with jam & butter, 1 cereal, 2 eggs, and 2 mains with fried tomatoes.:) As soon as you arrive they greet you with a beaded necklace and you'll find a nice native bag in your room. We also enjoyed the PS4 (played Just Dance and God of War) and the videoke room where you'll also find movies! We ate all our meals at The Brae (their resto) and they were all excellent! The Chicken Massala was surprisingly good! The shoreline though is short so they have this elevated mock shoreline to replace it which looks the same in pics!:) The beach is rocky and we didn't bring aqua shoes so we mostly enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. Overall, the price vs the experience was definitely worth it!

Infinity, a little piece of heaven on earth.”
During my travels, I have visited many resorts, but Infinity made a memorable and lasting impression as a place that makes you feel like a home away from home. From the minute we arrive at Puerto Galera, we were .met by the hotel service at the pier, who drove us to the resort. At the reception, it only took a hot second to check-in and immediately we were directed to our accommodations. I was really impressed with the architectural design of the dinning area, wood finish and incoming natural light. Our accommodations were on the first floor of the two story townhouse # 401, a few steps away from the main dinning area, the pool, the pool bar and the Jacuzzi. Excellent location. Kudos to the staff. They are to be commended for the was they made us feel. As we left the resort, we felt like we were leaving long time friends behind. I will definitely stay at Infinity Resorts again. If you are looking for a place with plenty of peace and quiet, Infinity is the place. Thanks.

Friendliest Staff Ever”
Right, when we got off our van to the hotel we were welcomed with Iced tea. We also requested for cancelation of 1 room since one of our guests was not able to make it. They were more than willing to accept our request. Also, the staff would always pay attention to our needs such as when our glass of water would be nearly empty they would pour some. They would also recommend us places to sit while dining as sometimes the sunlight would be affecting our sight while eating. Lastly right when we were about to leave they waved us a goodbye, a gesture I may take for granted but a very touching one, making it one of the most memorable experiences I've had in a hotel. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Best staff in the world”
My wife and I spent 3 weeks in the Philippines and the most memorable part of the trip was the staff at Infinity. So much so that every other hotel and resort we stayed at made us compare the service to that of Infinity. They really raised the bar. Food was amazing as well. We loved the breakfast buffet. We got to eat at adjacent restaurants as well. We did a day tour of Puerto Galera which is totally worth it. We loved that we White beach wasn't too far away. I wanna give a shoutout to Julius who kept my wife and I company at the pool bar. And to the all the other staff that make Infinity the kind of place that dreams are made of. Kinda cheesy ending?

Paradise ”
We were fortunate that our stay was not during peak season because this was a real life paradise. We arrived and immediately we were greeted with a complimentary necklace and bag and drinks. Such a warm welcome and kind staff. Our overall stay was very peaceful with stunning views from the pool and the ocean. Amazing jacuzzi, spa and pool. The only downside was some noisy guests but this was sorted for us straight away. For future we reccomend a 3 strike policy for rule breakers. Otherwise worth the stay and we will return! Special mentions to the great staff who took care of us: Ryan, Gerald, Lester, Jojo and Sharon and Daisy

Our stay was really wonderful! The place is far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Their facilities were well managed. Staff are all accomadating and approachable. COVID19 Health protocols were also observed at the resort. The food were so delish! We enjoyed our dinner with 5course. We also loved the beach! The place is walking distance to Aninuan Beach Willl def come back again! 💙

my husband found Infinity Resort on youtube. since we have long wanted to travel around the philippines, the resort was in our bucket list. location was great, architecture of the whole place was amazing! we will definitely recommend this to our family and friends and we should be back as well. Kudos to the staff who were all professional and courteous. thank you for a great time we had!

Perfect pandemic getaway”
The place is amazing! And after posting photos of the place in my social media, I got countless inquiries on where I was. Covid protocols were followed by staff, so vacationing there during the pandemic made us feel safe. The food in the restaurant was good too! Particularly loved the breakfast :) Will definitely love to go back there as soon as I can!

We’ll be back for sure! Staff were very efficient and hospitable. Rooms and the entire property were clean, well maintained and very neat. I just get scared of frogs that randomly jump all over the garden😉 (but that’s just me- no big deal)

Relaxing vacation. ”
Pinong and the staff in the restaurant are the ones who made our trip memorable. Food is a bit expensive. It's best to buy outside and let them cook it for you. The guy in the reception area needs to be more attentive to the guest. He is on his cellphone most of the time. He must be prepared and proactive on the guest needs. The rooms are very clean and they kept the property well maintained. The massage is expensive compare to.other places but it's clean and relaxing. The location is very windy. When you go to the white beach the water is very calm.

We cannot fault Infinity !! Absolutely loved our stay here so much we extended by two nights. Nothing is to much for the staff who were fabulous. Food is great. I celebrated a milestone birthday here and they went above and beyond to make it special. We will definitely be back !!

Exceptional Property ”
My only grievance is that when I ordered fresh fish, which is a menu item, was unavailable. It is disappointing and unacceptable that your fine dining restaurant situated in very close proximity to the marina could not deliver a simple piece of fish. Someone could have driven the company van to the town proper to buy a fish.

Serenity meets luxury”
I Organized a surprise trip for my partner in celebration of his birthday. I wanted to pamper him with luxury cause he deserves nothing less. Upon commuting from the mainland towards Puerto Galera. The reservations agent found on the website was kind and assisted us with a free seaport to resort transfer. The driver was very kind and accommodating and made sure that we felt secured and the van was clean. Upon arriving at the resort, we were welcomed with a smile, a lay and a refreshing welcome drink. We arrived early than the standard check in time, however we were taken care of by the staff at the front office i forgot to get her name. While waiting we tried having lunch at the brae restaurant and i must say, the ambiance was mesmerising. The food was not very special but it tasted good and served with passion. The rooms were amazingly clean and the rooms are very flexible. We stayed at villa 503, the room number was broken. All in all the stay was so relaxing and kudos to the team!

Anniversary Getaway”
Very relaxing ambiance, really beautiful structures. Staff were nice. We loved the place. Thankful for the free port van transfers. We loved the idea of separate villas for rooms, very classy. Resort driver bought our tickets for us which was really nice as we didn't expect such gesture. We enjoyed the pool water because it doesn't contain much chlorine unlike other pools where it becomes irritating. Very scenic view, true to its name, infinity resort. The only notes we have: discouraging to swim at the beach because there's a lot of rocks. But you can visit White Beach or other beaches around the area for more enjoyable beach time. Nonetheless, we focused on the resort because it meets our expectations for a relaxing ambiance and vacation. Another thing is the complimentary bread we received were full of ants. We raised it to the staff so it was removed and was not replaced. Last thing is the complimentary soap, shampoo and lotion doesn't smell good. We should have brought our own.
