They have the most affordable rates yet the place is very cozy! May balcony and may trees at di mainit kahit na super sikat ang araw! Di ka mapapagod and their staff are friendly.

Good place for snorkling in clear water with corals ”
We have no towels in room. Hotel has hot shower. Breakfast was filipino style. You can go snorkling directly from the hotel stairs. Pool is quite small and I did not swim in it so much because sea water was clear and warmer. There are nice trees and we have good photos on Sunset. Hotel is not big so recommended as place with no crowds (you might be only traveler here). They have small and good pier to start your boat trip or go diving. I see (but did not use) diving equipment and amenities. There are barbeque area, common kitchen and refrigirator.

One word to sum up the stay: CORKAGE”
Place was ok - clean, good location, view from the resort is picturesque, SOME staff were accommodating and helpful. But the downsides outweigh all these: (1) salty water in the bath room; (2) very basic room; (3) meal choices are very basic and limited (hello tocino and brand x corned beef?!) and too pricey at that; AND..... (4) very absurd CORKAGE FEES, water included (wasn't even sure about the water they serve for meals).

There’s no water. The shower and the faucet is not reliable. No tv channels and no wifi. The breakfast included is diff from what we want cos there’s nothing else available. Room is super different from the photo. And, the pool is so dirty. I won’t recommend this place ever.

location no good - the nearest restaurant require more than ten mintues walk. Cleanliness - lot of insect bit inside the hotel. fecilities - the dive shop is closed

The, television is, broken. The reception, cook, cleaner is all one person. I was the one guest there. Toiletries are chargeable towels at 100 peso. I did 4 dives, The dive master or so called, places he brought me was not impressive. He don't even have a resort stamp . ( I doubt it is padi certified) Prices, of the dive also change after I have made the booking and paid for it. Never stay there.. Anyway I doubt it will be in business for very long..

the staff is kind but very lazy. the cut off ordering food is until 6 pm only. this place is only good for travelers to sleep in. if you want to eat dinner better go out of the hotel and search for a restaurant in the nearby town. no one is at the front desk early in the morning so we didn't got the chance to eat breakfast and have to leave our keys on the front desk and just leave the place. very poor service and bad location.

The property was accessible and basic amenities were good. The view was relaxing but the greatest draw was the staff! Especially Miss Lavinia. I hope the owner sees this review and gives her a raise! she was so accommodating and cheerful! Always smiled and did everything she could to ensure our stay was restful as it could ever be! From offering us coffee the minute we work up in the morning to taking care of arranging our boat ride and island adventure. She is such a gem! The food was ok, a bit pricey a budget traveller like me. I have a couple of suggestions: 1. Create an ala carte menu that is P100.00 pesos worth only, not P300.00.Tapsi meals will do nicely 2.Replace your worn towels 3. Replace the door knobs inside room 6! 4. Create adventure packages that guests can choose from so that they won't have to think of things to do while there. It would such a convenience to guests! Thank you for taking care of us for 3 days and 2 nights! We will recommend you surely!

Comfort room has bad smell. There was no cable signal, we needed to wait for the utility to fixed it in the evening. Worst of it, there was no water in the pool!!! So we decided to go on island hopping first for snorkeling and plan to go on swimming in their pool as soon as we come back. When we return in the afternoon, pool was still not ready until the following morning! My daughter was crying the whole night. It was our first overnight that's why we preferred to have a pool in the resort, but we weren't able to use it!! We also found out that the regular room rates in the resort was lower than the discounted price(50%)in Agoda.. Why is that??? So don't be deceived by the pics and the promo discount that they are offering coz it's not true! Even the guests beside our room were disappointed!

a guest has to pour water into toilet bowl to flush it; all week long.; staff tries very hard to please guests; e.g., they especially shopped for longganesia upon my request. it is very expensive if there is only 1 diver. very modern structure.

I stayed the next day because the prices around the area on a weekend is normally above 5000 and most of my expenses went to diving already. No complaints about the room, staff and cleanliness. Wifi connection and AC was good too. Perhaps if they can clean up the pool because Anilao is not really known for beaches but diving so guests would really opt to use the pool.

This is one of the cheapest place you'd get in the area because Anilao rates are quite steep. The room was clean and sizeable. Good internet connection and AC was working well. The staff were quick to attend to my needs as well. Food was quite pricey and tasted okay.
