Perfect for relaxation and honeymoon getaway ”
I love the whole place, it was huge and has jacuzzi pool, sauna and billiard. They provided us a complimentary cake as we are celebrating our anniversary and there’s also a decoration in the room like balloons and candle lit.such a romantic. It is also perfect for barkada getaway just for party coz it was huge. I highly recommended this even it was expensive but worth trying at least once in ur life. the breakfast and dinner is already included in the price that we paid. Food is average.

Luxurious facilities and also romantic environment.Just walking distance from sm supermarket and you can get some ingredients there and cook by your own if you dont want to get your food from the cafe. Good place for couples to bond there and relax

Hi Luks Loft! We where there last week June 23-24 for just one night. When we arrived at the hotel from the parking ,the security guards help us to carry our things and assist us to the front desk. All the staff is so good and very accommodating from the guards. Were trying to give a compliment to the staff receptionist and to the guards before we leave the hotel but anyone accepts our offer i suggest maybe you have a drop box or tip box for the all staff of hotel to give thanks for the hospitality and accommodating staff. And for more improvement i suggest you have a private parking for all guest. That’s all. I have no concerns during my stay’s @Luks Loft Residences and Hotel. So relaxing! Thank you for all the staff that accommodating us. I will recommend this kind of good people and hotel specially for my family and friends. Hope we see you soon again.. Thumbs up! 👍👌😀

The uniqueness of the room concept was SUPERB. The only concern would be the set up for breakfast, we didn't find interesting the dishes they offer and it wasn't tasty ( I'm sorry for the word but I hope they would be motivated with this comment) and it was weird that this hotel doesn't have their own kitchen to prepare the food it was prepare in the other building next to the hotel so it would really took time for them to make it. And please make sure that your food would be fresh because the fruits that has been served to us was bad and I requested the egg to be welldone but it wasn't. But the rest was magic and my family enjoyed the 1 day experience we had. Thank you soo much.

The place was really Hi Tech, but the water pressure was low. The pool was really awesome and the staff was the friendliest we have encountered so far. The location was ok but if it was relocated somewhere with a view or a garden around it .

A very high tech hotel. However, they need to improve the settings & timing of their fully automated room. We really enjoyed the private jet pool & sauna. Friendly staff with a very good customer service. We will for sure to come back.

The service was excellent, we felt like a VIP as soon as we parked our car. Location was great as its just across SM Batangas. Facilities were amazing even the trash bin was high- tech. But with regards to food, (I ordered pancakes, btw, even the hash brown was not that good) It isn't really satisfying. There were also things that was not discussed prior our arrival, like security deposit and corkage fee. Rest were amazing!

A total disappointment”
Luks is billed as one of the top-10 tech hotels in the world. While it's true that they made the rooms for the tech-savvy, they forgot that Filipino culture frustrates this goal. The staff is more interested in chasing guests for liability waivers than ensuring their tech devices are working. The rooms suffer from design flaws where they sacrificed function over form. Shower drains don't work. No phones in room, communcations are through tablets. However, none of the tablets were charged up in my room, and you could not understand the front desk staff on the tablets, because they are using terrible radiophones. The loft bathroom is difficult to enter, because the doorways are obstructed by a sink. The lock on the living area bathroom didn't work. There are no backup devices, such as a landline phone, or door opening buttons as the loft bedroom doors often malfunction and do not automatically open when approached. They need maintenance inspection prior to guest arrival.

However, to address your concerns, liability waiver upon check in is a legal document to acknowledge risks involved amid the stay, as we offer indoor pools. Our shower drains have multiple strainers to steer clear of clog caused by hair strands and the likes; making it 10% slower to drain than the norm, but are working, as well as the manual bathroom door locks and motion-sensing sliding bedroom doors. During your walk through, our Guest Services Officer even navigated the features of the tablet such as Open Main Door and Device Control. Rest assured these will still be checked. We hope you have mentioned it to us during your stay so these were addressed properly. Please accept our warmest thanks for staying with us and anticipate complete satisfaction on your next stay.

Luxurious room nested somewhere in Batangas City neighborhood. Staff were not aware of their menu like wagyu beef and were not aware of the defective appliances i.e. ice maker in the boasting two door fridge which were poorly maintained as well as poor housekeeping. Jacuzzi pool has a baby centipede well beware of the mother. Staff tend to forget one thing after another as if very happy to tour in your room back and forth leaving you restless to answer the automatic door from time to time.

the loft is perfect for a family bonding.so many things to do inside the loft.we stayed new years eve here and the only problem that we encounter is the noise outside some motor maybe becoz its new years eve but overall its perfect.we'll definitely stay here again.

Inroom facilities that can be exciting for a day/night. No windows - unspectacular looks from outside. No common hotel area. Lots of technical gadgets - less would be much more. Nice staff but little efficiency.

Everything is electronic from opening of doors to turning on/off lights. They will provide a tablet for you to operate everything. A little overwhelming at first.
