Dreamy stay in the centre of Bristol”
Only stayed for one night, but we would definitely return and stay for longer next time. The room was perfect (we stayed in a Privilege room which came with robes, slippers, cold refreshments, a Nespresso coffee machine, ironing supplies (v useful) and the room itself was lovely, high ceilings and freshly painted. Only slight criticism was that the AC was not effective at all, though we were visiting over a 30 degree weekend so I imagine during normal temps the room would have been fine. We were very warm though and would have appreciated being able to open the window at night. Staff were lovely and the lobby and bar were very nice places to hang out. Walkable to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, great location, beautiful hotel”
Excellent service from all of the team, complimentary upgrade on arrive which was very appreciated. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable and an excellent location for Bristol central. The car park is great and easy to use. My only comment would be to call last ordered in the Lobby as the bar overfill were all located there.

We were a group of 3 people traveling to Bristol for fun/tourism. The hotel is wonderfully located with lots of cafes and shops within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Love the decor! We would stay again.

Booked a little surprise for my husband’s 65 birthday… we checked in super early.. Staff was amazing and gave us our check in super quick… That’s our second stay there but not our last.. love it there.xxx

Fab location. 15 min walk from train station. And you are staying in centre of city. Shopping quarter behind hotel and harbour and quay side in front of hotel. Will say again.

Excellent position,clean ,polite staff who cannot do enough for you always with a smile ,great breakfast . Only small note room 157 shower ceiling is flaking slightly but doesn’t effect room cleanliness

Helpful staff and beautiful room”
I arrived late , a little stressed, and the receptionist was lovely. She was very friendly and upgraded my room spontaneously! The room was beautiful, spotless and stylish bathroom, comfortable bed, nice TV, drinks, etc. I ate in the bar and that was delicious, with again very helpful staff. In the morning, a different, equally helpful, receptionist gave me useful directions on where I was walking to. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Bristol.

Great stay, super staff”
Staff were excellent ,especially Mahin on the front desk was always happy and extremely eager to help. Our stay combined a joint celebration of my daughter’s graduation and our silver wedding anniversary. Just the little touches upgrading us and welcome drinks, was a bonus. The hotel was tired, In parts , our room was comfortable. I would return for another stay, purely because of the quality of trained and happy staff.

Couldn’t fault the hotel or room, location was fab, only negative was the parking. Very tight, not many spaces and was told by reception upon arrival that cars had been recently broken into which worried us. Otherwise had a lovely stay.
