When We arrived sa Resort dun palang napansin kong may problem na. I don’t know kung Owner sya or what Pero nagkaroon ng Problem ang Booking Daw ni Agoda. 2 rooms lang daw ang nakikita nila instead of 3 Rooms. We waited for long bago kami nakapagcheck in and bago nila nasort out kung pano nila ififix yung issue. I heard the “Owner ata” matandang babae super apologetic sya sa guest na hindi pa dumadating kasi nakiusap sya iswitch room nila to accomodate ung 3 rooms na I booked sa Agoda. Pero sa amin ni isang Pasensya na sa delay and abala wala. Its as if kasalanan pa namin na sa Agoda kami nagbook? Buti nalang mahaba talaga ang pasensya ko sa mga ganitong bagay. Pero sana baguhin ung attitude towards guest mapa Pilipino man o Foreigner ayusin mo Oo kung sino ka mang matanda kang naabutan namin pagdating namin. Yung anak mong babae medyo okay pa eh. Ayusin mo attitude mo nagbayad kami fully paid weeks before pa kami dumating. Buti nalang lahat ng staff mababait magagalang, at napakahelpful. I dont knowkung sinonba talaga pinakaowner pero may isang matanda na naka tungkod na na napakabait at super welcoming sa guest. Sabi nya saamin if may kailangan kami sakanya kami magsabi. Sobrang tangful po kaki sa matandang yun i didnt get the name kasi parents ko ung kausap nung matanda. Thank you po at hindi po. 50/50 experience but I will say 80/20 80 percent positive for those staff and ung matandang babaeng may tungkod na syper bait samin. And 20% negative sa mukhang matapobreng napakawalang kwentang host na isang maputing matandang babae and sa isa pang matandang lalaki na nagalit saamin dahil ung tirang food namin pinakain namin sa mga aso sa resort na we thought taga dun sa resort ung mga dog na un. At binato nya pa ng bato ung aso. Sabi nga nila mga salbahe sa hayop salbahe din sa tao. Anyway We enjoyed our vacation sinabihan ko nalang parents ko and kasama namin na papansin lang sila ay wag pansinin at look on the good side of the place. Peaceful, relaxing at mas ma

It was one of the perfect place I visited. The place is very relaxing and the staff are very accomodating and friendly. They treat you like a family. This place is highly recommended especially if you want to relax from the busy metro. The view is very majestic. You will surely love this place!

We stayed at Mountain Beach Resort for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. The place is really peaceful and away from busy white beach. Can definitely recommend it. Price is fair and they all take good care of the place. Rooms were clean and the restaurant food good too. The beach is nice and you can have some nice walks there without having too many people. Staff was very friendly, they helped us arranging a motorbike and were generally very accommodating. We will be back for sure!

A safe place to travel alone. I enjoy drinking my beer everynight infront of the beach. I extended my stay because I feel at home. The owners are great as well as the staff.👍👏

Quiet, calm, and fresh. You will enjoy your stayed here, especially if you just want to relax. The facility is really nice and you will truly feel that your out of the metro - probinsya feels. STAFF and OWNER? The best by far. very accommodating!

The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. we even received some Christmas treats. The location is nice and quite, with easy access to the beach and the mountains. Our bamboo cottage was very cozy and convenient, with a kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommended

Amazing scenery and views, just a few short steps, from any room, to the sea. About 10 minutes away from the bustling nightlife of White Beach. Staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! I'll be back!

One of the best resort in Puerto Galera”
Clean and well managed resort! One of many resorts deserved a 5-star rating! The owner and the staffs are all accommodating and quick to response in your request. The room is basic, if you really want a quiet and homey feels quick staycation that will not break your wallet, this is the place your looking for.. We enjoy our stay here🙂

At the end of the road the resort has comfortable wooden rooms at a good price. Although there is no real beach in front just a 4 min walk along the shore will lead you to a white sand beach

Their food is the best! I can compare the quality (in terms of taste i dont mind the presentation) to the best restaurants i've dined in. Although we went there as a family and booked 3 rooms, 3rd one has a kitchennette, so we mostly cooked our meals. But when we got there, we didnt miss to try different varieties in their menu. We also ordered snacks like fries and sandwich and they were great too! On our last day though, there was a problem on a pipe going to my room so they moved us to a vacant one. The location can cost you more if you want to join the vibe in the white beach because the only transpo available will be a tricycle that will cost you 150 (300 back and forth). And they dont process credit card if you chose pay at the hotel. Agoda should include this in the booking details. I paid one room with credit via agoda and for the other 2 rooms, the staff had to go with us in Muelle port where the only ATM machine is available (PNB). They said it wasnt the first time.
