Isolated Resort”
The only negative comment is that the resort has no restaurant. They only provide lists of restaurants/fast food joints that does delivery. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR/TRANSPORTATION as it's a fair way to Central Shopping area. No nearby/walking distance restaurants either. Nothing to do at night time as the location is pretty isolated. Unless otherwise you prefer a simply quiet night with friends and family. Staff are friendly and helpful. But hard to locate them if you need something or in case of some emergencies, as there is no phone in the room for either room service or getting in contact with the resort staff. But the manager provides you her contact mobile number should you need something as she is not in the resort after 6pm. Fair way to the main entrance and gate is locked at night or when staff knows guests are all in their premise/resort.

Generally ok but the bathrooms and the door knobs need to be maintained well.

Terrible.. room was old and musty.. full of mosquitos and spiders.. had to ask staff to spray the room just to keep insects away.. pools were ok for children but the rooms are the worse i have seen..

Disappointing”
We visited for the holy week and it was really disappointing. When we arrived, staff was not that accomodating, seemed like rushing out since they are supposed to be closed on a good friday. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Uncomfortable bedding and pillows. Swimming pools were not maintained properly and lacks safety precautions. Lacks lighting during night time. Only 3 male staff assisting our needs. No security guards, even from the gate. Good things are as follows: semi-freebies of videoke, extra mattresses.

Our stay at the Mountain Rock Resort”
We loved our stay at this resort. Even if we arrived late, they waited for us and made sure we had everything we need upon checking in. The pool and surroundings were very clean. Although they didn't serve breakfast, they still accomodated us by buying food for us in the nearby tapsilogan

Stay was ok, pools nice, room needs improvement”
Stay was really quite short as we only stayed for a day. The slides and pools were quite nice and safe for the kids. Though rooms needed upgrade, well can't ask for so much as it was quite distant from the city. It would be nice if the kitchen was available for order of food. Overall, the price was quite high for the quality of rooms.
