Waiting for check-in is slow. I waited twenty minutes. The waiter was very unenthusiastic. No smiles and no drinks. The accommodation is also very modest. The mangroves in the hotel smell bad. It's a 15-minute walk to see the sea. Or ride a bike. Only five bikes are available for users. And both bikes had flat tires. A bicycle seat has no pads. Only steel wire. Breakfast is simple. About 390p per serving. Each person can only choose one for free. But not enough to eat. And bread and ham. And the restaurant staff service attitude is also very cold. Except the place is big. There are no advantages. No value for money. Very disappointed. But another hotel from the same company is fine. The restaurant is delicious to the service.

About 12mins drive from alona beach. The staffs were friendly and it was truly an amazing and relaxing stay! They even have a bamboo walk surrounded with mangroves which is a perfect place for sunset! The only drawback was we actually spotted a few centipedes in the bathroom.

Food is awesome! A lot of healthy choices and very tasty as well. Staff are very nice and helpful! The mangrove walk was awesome. Pool is nice. Not close to city centre but very quiet. We will definitely come back in the future

We had a wonderfull time really appreciate the place and the food is really nice best suggest to couples and not with family with kids the place is so quite and relaxing a very nice place to to have a very memorable relaxing time with your partner and the cavana massage is one of a experince the ambience is all your to have 😘

The best place for a soulful getaway”

North Zen Villas, as tagged, is the perfect place for reviving the senses. There is not much to do when at North Zen but that is actually the point – the place lets you relax totally and forget all your problems for a while. The resort has a really awesome pool. It also has a restaurant with healthy food options which inspires you to shift to a healthier lifestyle. Further, the resort offers great massage with very good therapists. North Zen’s main attraction is the bamboo walk. You can either stroll or ride a bambike in exploring this feature which is amazingly surrounded by mangroves. A mangrove spa is also present and the boardwalk has a gazebo and a viewing deck at the end which is ideal for sunset viewing, stargazing, even daydreaming. North Zen, I must say, is like a second home. With its admiring interiors and finest furniture plus exceptional service and high class facilities, this resort is definitely what I need for a soulful getaway.

Healthy food options on the menu, delicious buffet breakfast, beautiful brand new rooms, MASSIVE & comfy bed, dressing gown thongs & hat provided, beautiful boardwalk (especially for sunset!). All staff were amazing & friendly. Shout out to James for helping us organise some trips to waterfalls & our scooter! Would highly recommend for couples & families!

Ongoing construction - the hotel is not finished yet”

When you book a nice hotel like this, we expected a nice relaxing time in the spa and pool for the final days of our vacation. Unfortunately it’s a ongoing construction side! Ongoing hammering and loud noises all day. One time at the pool we were asked to leave, because they pumped out the water from the pool for the fountain. The Spa is not a Spa - it’s just a room with too Physiotherapist tables. Worst massage of my life. We felt like a test object , since the crew was not really in sync yet and we were the trial run. It was just a disappointing experience, at the last day of the check out they tried to rip us of due to miscalculation of the days we stayed. Could be a nice hotel in the future, but agoda should not offer this yet, only if the constant noise off jackhammering is ok with the customer.

North zen真的是超级超级棒的！从入住的前台小哥到餐厅、massage的员工,每一个都很用心的在服务我们！入住的时候和前台小哥提了换房的要求，前台小哥立马答应！真的超惊喜！massage非常专业，我一连去了两天！酒店有推出massage和晚餐的套餐很划算。 酒店的餐品还是很不错的，超爱BBQ pizza和昂格拉斯牛肉！酒店的早餐也很nice！早上要出海的话也会提前打包好。晚餐也可以叫到房间吃。另外你想租车租船的话，酒店都能搞定，不用再去alona定了，省心不少。想去alona的话，也可以让酒店帮忙叫tutu（150p）。 绝对不要错过酒店的bamboo walk！这里的落日我敢说一定是邦劳岛上最美的！虽然酒店没有自己的沙滩，但是可以去酒店的sister resort -south palms 享受日光浴!告诉前台你要去south palms,会提前通知那边的。因为酒店人少真的很适合度假，泳池就是被包场的感觉！度假村不大，纯泡酒店的话2天差不多了。有机会还会再来的！

这次的体验太棒了，订的非常成功。位置稍微有点偏，但是距离我们潜水的潜店（海妖）非常近。一定要下午去看夕阳啊，太美了。如果下次还来潜水，还想住这里。希望可以维持下去。

首先酒店位置离阿罗娜海滩有点距离，但是酒店设施齐全，早餐晚餐真的好好吃，就是距离机场太近不能飞无人机，要不然酒店后面那条通往海的走廊拍出来一定很美丽。

私人红树林、酒店在北部 无沙滩”

酒店靠近北部 对么贝尓福酒店有沙滩，私人红树林不错，酒店客人很少 spa不错 but很偏僻

超级棒的肥宅酒店”

犹豫了很久选择了这家酒店，对比了一下其他岛上的酒店，多数在阿罗娜海滩那边，说实话真的很吵。我和老公比较喜欢安静，最终选了这家19年刚开业的酒店，没想到满满惊喜。 1.首先服务人员很热情，是那种真心的热情而非礼貌，看见我和老公拍照，主动帮我们拍了很多照片。我们有很多要求都能得到满足，比如老公想吃米饭，晚饭菜单上没有，工作员工主动打电话给厨师询问是否可以做，并说明了我们是从中国来的，结果就有了一份味道可口的海鲜炒饭。比如我们买的罐头打不开帮忙处理，想划船给安排了船和救生衣，想在房间里吃饭帮忙送餐等等..... 2.酒店客房不多，所以不会特别吵闹，前院的泳池也可以畅游。后院真的超级美，有一个通向海边的隧道，穿越一片红树林超级美，有沙发可以坐着可看海。 3.房间空间较大，每天卫生清洁都会搞得很干净，还会把我的睡衣折好。也会在床头放上小零食。 总之非常推荐这家酒店，帮帮帮~~
