Ants and Rats”

Good location, near beach and restaurants. However, there were rats everywhere and ants crawling up each wall. Shower head was broken. TV was good though-kept it on all night to scare off the critters from coming in my room.

Budget Tour”

We are actually booked in another hotel for swimming. We check-in here for day tour - Plaza, Market and Baybayin, Dalampasigan Restaurant. Sukitel's location is actually walking distance for our intended tour. Don't expect much because the price is really cheap. The staff is very accommodating and sensitive; I booked for a good for 2-3 person room to save money but she gave as bigger room (thank you).

Flexible owner ”

The electricity run out a lot and we could not use the light sometimes, also sometimes we often couldn't flash the toilet. However, the owner is very nice and flexible , she helped us a lot! Nice place for the people who don't have any plan, or save money to stay.

Noisy fellow residents needed strong management which was not forthcoming will never use again”

Cockroachs in room and mice/rat enjoyed packet of peanuts left on table. Wifi is weak and TV signal is intermittent.

You cannot enjoy the television because of its low quality. Like you're watching a television with no more than half in the screen was shown and the staff didn't know how to fix it. We cannot enjoy La Luna Sangre because it's like you just want to listen to a radio. The aircondition is not that good as well as the water supply. Though, it was really convenient since buses going to Pasay were there already.

Beach front location”

I stayed 2 nights at Mountain Beach Resort and had a pleasant stay. I stayed in their budget friendly room, which is a good size for 3-4 people (I was traveling solo) with private toilet & cold shower and electric fan. The lodge where my room was located was away from the main area where the main restaurant is located, but it is still nice and quiet. The location is perfect, next to the beach, where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the restaurant as you look out into the sea. The restaurant serves decent food, and the local family & staff here are very friendly and helpful. Surprisingly, the wifi works very well in the restaurant and in the rooms!

Small room, too much mosquito”

Even it is a budget hotel but what we receive is less than what we pay. The room is tiny, not clean and a lot of mosquito.

Didn't stay here because it's too far from the port”

We some how got duped that it's near Batangas Port. On the day we were supposed to travel to the hotel from Manila, we found out from Waze that it's not near the port. So we didn't stay there. Had difficulty trying to cancel the booking through Agoda hotline. The agent told us that the person from the hotel couldn't understand a thing she says. So the agent had to call me back after an hour to say that she wasn't able to have my booking cancelled.

Very pleasant stay”

Located near the bus terminal in Nesugbu. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very helpful in providing recommendations on food and beaches. Wifi worked great.

Sheets need to be washed”

The door lock is broken, you cam only lock it from the outside using the key. Sheets are dirty, full of stains. But If you're only looking for a place to spend the night with, this will do

Value for Money & Good Locaion”

We stayed for a night and we had a good stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is centrally located in the town and just walking distance from restaurants and grocery stores. The room is spacious with clean toilet which is a good value for money.

Budget Deal”

We just stayed there for a day, its a budget travelers hotel, the rooms are small as expected , the staff are good but the room is not well maintained as the room we used the aircon was not cooling well so we have so ask the staff that the aircon is not cooling so they cleaned the filter which was dirty. But the staff were accommodating. Good for a day or 2 stay if low in budget but don't expect much.

The rooms are facing a very noisy road and the windows have no noise insulation at all.
