My family had a nice time at Taal Imperial Hotel & Resort last sat, jan. 4, 2020. The manager mam lalaine was very kind and very accommodating and the entire staff as well. More power to you guys and see next time!!!

Spacious but not properly maintained”
Spacious and clean bedroom and bathroom, functional AC. But dusty and has distorted cable TV shows and olad and weak furniture. The pool is unclean and mushy. Nevertheless, staff are nice and accommodating.

Tired but Welcoming”
The resort has probably seen better days with signs of wear and tear evident in many areas. However the site is strangely atmospheric and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Situated down a small side road it is some distance from shops and resturants but these are accessible using trikes which the staff are happy to secure for you. If you can accept the limitations of a 3 star ageing facility the staff and environment should give you an good feeling of peace and relaxation away from the bustle of city living.

The room was clean, the place was very calm at peaceful. The only problem during our stay we’re the pool was not that clean and clear , the bilyard table stick was broken , But the experience was good because of the focused service.

Service in this hotel is outstanding, especially the young man named Jimboy, who personally took care of the guests and did whatever we asked of him, even late night ones. The rooms are outdated and need to be remodeled or refurnished. The water heater didn't work during our one-night stay but the water was comfortable. I would still recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Taal/Lemery area.

Nice and Clean Resort”
My family and I enjoyed our quick stay in this resort. Our room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The whole place is quiet and is a perfect place to relax and just chill.

If you're looking for a quiet place to relax with your friends or family after your historical tour in the town center, this is a good place to swim. There is no restaurant though, and if you don't have a car, the distance may be a bit of a challenge as it is located outside the town proper. But they have made arrangements with nearby Bistro restaurant, which delivers food to the hotel. You can also have other food delivery services (yes, including Jollibee!). There is no reception area, but the staff are quite friendly and are willing to help out with your needs. We even got a room upgrade! Nice place for intimate weddings, too :-)

rehearsal for a wedding started at 7am while we were trying to sleep”
the hotel is located near a road that is heavily used by young motorcyclists who keep going up and down the hill. the noise was hell. the manager/owner was super nice. we loved her. but the place was filthy. not even sure the sheets were freshly clean. they certainly did not smell like it. no upper sheet. so we had to use a blanket that everyone uses. the toilets were not clean and nor was the shower which was full of hair. the environment is great even if there is no real attempt to maintain it. a 7am music rehearsal for a wedding was the icing on the cake. (of course, we were not told about it.) i would not recommend the place.

Watch out for bugs”
Believing the pictures on the web, my family and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We arrived early evening and were shown to our room. I really wanted to like this hotel but it was disappointing. As we were settling down, a roach skittered across the room. The shower, held together by poles and wires, fell apart when I stepped in. My son complained about the odor. My husband did not want to turn off the light concerned that more bugs would come out at us. That didn’t help. The next morning, my son and I had several bug bites on our arms and legs. The only positive things is that the staff really wanted to please and were friendly. The facility, however, needed more help than they can provide.

Wedding Reception Venue”
Awesome staff, they even let us switch rooms for my wife's preparation. The pools were clean, yes that's a plus. The villas have a home-like feel on them.

I was expecting more that what we had. The rooms were big but doesnt look like a hotel but more like that of a regular house. The resort was kinda full. I find it expensive since with that amount i could have rented a private resort.

Feel At Home”
5 stars go to Lalaine and her team. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. You might find better deal within the area but its their level of the customer service you want to keep coming back. Oh, but that's not makin' their facilities less of a quality. Its still there but its really their CS that got me.

Great Vacation!”
We had a great time at this resort. It offers a great change in scenery from the hustle and bustle of tagaytay and Nasugbu, but it's also not too secluded. The staff were all very courteous and reliable. Contrary to what I read in one of the reviews here, the pool was clean.
