Average hotel but pricey”

The hotel is new so expect that all furniture, fixtures and interior are immaculately clean and at tip top shapes. Location is not beachfront but about 200 meter walk, not bad. Reception desk and all staff provide above average quality service. Ample parking space too! However, here are things that need improvement. Given it's price tag I expect the ff: Cable tv reception is blurry, no hotel slippers for standard room, no coffee table or even a simple chair inside although the room is spacious enough you can fit in 7 people! No room rug/floor mat. I think I will return to this hotel but will try a different room. What I love about this hotel are: location, swimming pool, reception area, staff and spacious room.

The power in the room we had is on and off for how many times. Kung di pa kami magrerequest na ilipat ng room, di pa gagawin. May ilaw naman sa hallway so we doubt na nagbbrown-out sa town. The staffs are not attentive sa needs ng guests nila. The restaurant they have has a signage of open, but really, no available food to serve.

Staff numbers were adequate and they were all very helpful and friendly especially on the front desk. Rooms are of sufficient size and always clean as was the hotel. Problem with hand basin water tap not fixed while we were there Breakfast was fair but little choice. For a modern hotel where today internet is necessary the wifi was very poor being only available in reception and not in the first floor bedroom.

인근 화이트비치의 여러 리조트 가격대비 비쌈. 방종류도 여러가지 이나 기본이 더블침대 1개에 2인 사용하는것으로 한국사람들은 계약할때 정확히 확인하지 않으면 트윈침대로 생각하여 현지에서 곤란한 상황 발생할 수 있음. 새로지은 건물이라 아직까지는 깨끗하고 비치가 100m도 안되는 가까운 위치에 있다는것 빼고는 조식도 형편없고 특히 덮는 이불은 얇은 타올같은것 으로된 홑이불로 잠자기에 추운정도.. 추가 이불을 요청하여 덮고잤으나 마찬가지...얇은 타올 2개 덮고 잠. 수영장도 호텔에서 제공하는 사진으로 보는것과는 전혀 다르게 협소하며 아동용도 있으나 메인 풀장은 깊은곳은 2m가 넘어 수영못하는 여행객들은 안전한 물놀이는 어려움.
