This is a very amazing hotel, the price is very nice, also the staff was really helpful for any trip advice. Some insects will visit as friends, the room smells good with some aroma. The swimming pool is clean although is not really big. Room is very clean. And the things in mini bar isn’t pricy, can enjoy some snacks when it’s very late at the night. The location is very close to Alona beach, which only takes 5-7mins walking. Can hear some music from a bar, but not really noisy.

My husband arrived after a horrendous night of travel from Vietnam. We arranged a pick up through the hotel from the airport. On arrival we were able to have an early check in which we really appreciated. The staff were very understanding about how tired we were. The staff really look after us so well. The service was outstanding. They are all so kind. They arranged scooters for us and helped us even after we checked out (you ladies are amazing) The place itself is really close to Alona beach which was handy for us as divers, but far enough off the main road and beach to be quiet. We will definitely stay here when we come back. What sets this place apart from the rest (we have been travelling for 2 months already) is the staff. They are so kind, caring and helpful. Thank you Jhena and all the other ladies + Michael.

Overall satisfied. Will recommend to friends and relatives. Areas for improvement: 1. Air conditioning - a/c can’t make our room comfortably cold. Needs electric fan. 2. Mosquitos/cats - bathroom area needs screens on open areas to prevent insects/cats from entering the bathroom. 3. Option to make the room darker - although room is very spacious, clean, nice interior and awesome, it needs roll up curtains or anything that covers the top windows to provide a comfy sleep. 4. Mosquito killer - should install one of these

Spacious and Cozy Villas”

Half way to the main road and the beach, very quiet and away from the bar etc. only 5 villas are there. Pool was great. We are a group of 5 in 1 villa and they arranged 2 queen beds and an extra bed for us. We didn’t feel cramped up and there’s still a lot of space to move around. Staff are excellent, will give a 5-star for their service even the security guard is so helpful. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back to this place.

Very relaxing place to stay”

Aside from the initial shock of having to pay in cash, Villa Kasadya is a very nice place to stay in Bohol. It is in a good location near to the beach and near to the main road. It has few units and so there are not many people that could make the place congested. The staff are very friendly. The villas are done very nicely. We appreciated the fact that the TV with literally hundreds of channels is located in the living area away from the bed area. We hope the operator will take action on our suggestion that they post notice about their policy of accepting cash only in the booking sites.

Very Relaxing”

It's the best place to relax, just less than five minutes walk to Alona beach. There are only five Villas so the place is pretty much very private. The room is big and spacious, except for mosquitoes (they provided repellent though) our stay was perfect.

Great place to stay just off alone beach”

Really nice and comfy place. Great rooms with living area and terrace. The place is small so the pool and common areas were never too busy what was great. Breakfast was ok, not great. Shower was weak. All the rest 5⭐️

Deep Sleep!”

bed was good, the high ceiling bungalow made me feel so fresh. we arrived very late but thanks for holding our room. kind staffs. breakfast was good, so healthy. it might be a bit hard to find this place at first but once you know, this place is so close to the lovely restaurants and Alona.

Quiet and Personal”

This was a perfect place for us, the rooms are really big and stylish. The staff are really friendly and will go out of their way to help you. They provided contacts for tours and motorbikes etc. It is not too far from the beach, the road is dark at night so if you have small kids this might be an issue. other than that the place is perfect.

Good for value”

The room is really big and the staff are really nice. The staff will teach you how to go to the beach and introducr the surrounding restaurants and malls.Only 5 mins walking distance to the alone beach but you need to walk through the narrow and dark road to the beach. The room design is really model and stylish. Only one thing I want them to improve is that the water pressure and the water is not hot enought. But overall this hotel is good for value. I will stay again next time.

The villa itself was nice but overall no for me”

Pros Spacious and nice villa Cons Pool water is not clean. Shady! Location- there are two ways going to beach. One the short cut which is very narrow dirty and smelly The normal route- but quite a 10 minutes walk from the main road . If you have children then its not recommended to walk in the main road where buses and different vehicles passes by Dogs in the area- i think there are 2-3 dogs owned by them roaming around inside the villa. Even one of them swim in the pool while my family are in the pool. The staffs are not doing anything about it, only they asked the dog to go when we told them. Free breakfast- a plate with juice and coffee or tea for each guest and has few options.

Villa Kasadya was the perfect place for us. We were a group of 8--my husband and I, our four children, and my parents-in-law (we took two villas). The location was ideal for us--close enough to be within walking distance of the beach, yet far enough to not be bothered by the noise of the crowd. The villa itself was clean and cozy--I always struggled to leave the room for the day's activities. The atmosphere itself was so tranquil. Perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The staff--I love the staff! They were the most pleasant and accommodating group of people I have ever encountered. They made you feel like it was truly their pleasure to be of help to you. The food was also good--it may be "pricey" for some, but considering the portions and the taste, I'd say it was well worth the money. We loved all our orders--the lasagna being the biggest hit of all. :) Kudos to the chef. I will definitely come back to Villa Kasadya next time.

Everything s great. Everything. I had the best sleeping and relaxing experience there during my stay in Bohol. But if you cant stand ANY noise, that of loud music we still heard around 1 am while out in our tiny "balcony area" relaxing, you might not like it as my friends and i do. The noise s from the busy alona beach. Also, pet dogs and cats were hanging around the resort. If you hated adorable animals seeking some affections from you then na, not a place for you.

Beautiful Place”

My family enjoyed our stay. We spent 2 days here and feels like home. My kids have the pool only to themselves. The villa is spacious and also the bathroom. I love the design. The ambience of the place is peaceful and relaxing. There’s a nearby place where you can rent vans, cars and motorcycle at a lower price compared when you book online. The only downside is the route going to the beach.

Family run establishment with friendly staff”

We liked our stay at Villa Kasadya. There are about 4-5 villas only and each villa is quite spacious and is designed in a stylish way. To the beach it's a short walk only. And also to the main road. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. However, I felt the price difference to a beach resort isn't big anymore, and a beach resort would offer more facilities and direct beach access and a professional (but also more expensive) restaurant, better WIFI. But certainly also a smaller room than at the Villa Kasadya. So I can recommend the place for people who like the individual touch and don't want to stay in a big resort, and who like to have large rooms at a fair price.

Surprisingly nice!”

I was surprised by the fresh and modern room. Huge and very comfortable bed, very nice bathroom and shower. Big sofa and a lot of TV-channels if you want to stay inside and relax for a while. Another thing i really like is that the AirCon was brand new and very quiet. Short walk down to Alona Beach and it was quiet nice that the place was a bit away from all noise there. The surroundings outside on your way down to the beach are maybe not the most beautiful but nothing you can see when you’re inside the resort. The staff was very nice and service minded. I would easily recommend this place if you want a fresh and modern place to stay.

Amazing”

Villa Kasadya is so beautiful and tranquil. The bed is the most comfortable we've stayed in. The staff are extremely helpful - the best service we've experienced in the Philippines. The location is very good, a short walk to alona beach although the surrounding area is not as beautiful as the villa itself. We stayed 2 nights but wish we stayed more
