Left early to bath somewhere else, toilets were very dirty. Just dirty in general. Ants everywhere. Lizards crawling ... Staff is friendly and helpful , local massage company came and was good . We had been driving for hours and just stayed because we were too tired. I don't recommend .

Many tricycle drivers are dishonest here. Some are great. Just be careful or it can cost you $25 just to cross this small city. The hotel is close to the SM Mall and many restaurants. About 300 meters. Also close to Batangas State University.

Deceiving”

The picture of the rooms online looks perfect but when I got there it was awful. Check in was 2pm which normal. I arrived at 1:30 and the female reception seemed making me feel not a costumer. Shown her my reservation , passport etc. and told her if I can just drop my bags in my room now leave to have lunch. She just said check in is 2pm. Told her it's already 1:42 and replied yes it's not 2 pm yet. :( I said I had been staying hotel to hotel and even if I am early sometimes like an hour early they accommodate me. She didn't say anything. I just let it go and sat waited. I can see her just being on the phone most of the time. 15 mins later she handed me the key which I had to find my room. The other guys in were awesome. Anyways the room was big of course i chose big room but the bathroom was dirty, had hairs strand in the sink, ants everywhere. I wanted to move hotel but I already paid 2 nights. If I ever come back to Bataan I will avoid this place.

We booked a standard Queen suite and were given a dark dingy standby room at back of reception with no window and bad bedding, staff wouldnt do anything very unhelpful, so we had to leave with no refund and find somewhere else

Place is just okay. good thing there's a heater. Room service is bad. They did not even get our trash and not even cleaned our bathroom. Bed s quite dusty. We need to shake off the dust/ dirt before sleeping on it. Worst part is. t No space for parking.

Room was okay. It had motel feels. When I arrived room was still not ready, had hairs on it. But they quickly changed the sheets and cleaned the room. Staff was kind and courteous. Although they had to wake me up to move my car forward, when the guard was already there when I arrived, he could've advised me to forward a bit more already. But no. So that was a big minus for me. Plus the road going in and out of the hotel is traffic! Plus, I can hear the cars and trucks on the road passing by. It wasnt really sound proofed.

Noisy and no parking”

No sound proofing, the road is always busy even at the wee hours because this is the route where Trucks from the nearby Shell refinery are passing. Be ready to sleep late due to noise and if you did is because you're too tired, or expect to wake very early, the vehicles outside make a good alarm. It is a terrible idea to bring your own car here, parking is cramped and will inconvenience you. Space is good for only 5 cars - 2 on first row and 3 on 2nd. I remember I was woken by the staff one time at 7:30 and another at 6:00 AM because my car is parked at the second row where the car in front of me needed to go.

There was no sound proofing, you can hear the noise coming from the cars outside as well as the conversation on the other room. Wifi is quiet slow always full, it hard to connect from time to time. Because crew are limited shower rooms are not well cleaned, you can see some old sachet of shampoo. The good thing is that the lady attendant was helpful and polite. The owner was also courteous. In general, acceptable for the price of 1,084 Pesos a night. Just request for a room at the backside for a minimal noise.
