Can do if one doesnt get better one”
nothing to shout about for this hotel. plus is close to the beach just 5mins walk. Carpet outside washroom need serious cleaning or change. Too much sand / dirt on first use.

A value for money, comfortable & clean hotel”
A newly-built hotel with bar and pool on the top floor. Rooms are clean & comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Except that they only provide 1 room key for triple rooms which we feel that is insufficient. However, we will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and this hotel will be priority considered for my next trip to Cua Lo.

L'albergo si trova in una località molto bella con spiagge meravigliosi ed è un luogo di villeggiatura per Vietnamiti. L'albergo potrebbe essere dignitoso ma lo staff e la gestione lo rendono un luogo sgradevole.Il personale parla solo vietnamita ma non sarebbe assolutamente un problema se almeno fossero gentili. Sono estremanete arroganti, la stanza in 3 giorni non è mai stata pulita e gli ascigamani non sono mai stati cambiati. Abbiamo prenotato tramite Agoda quindi era già tutto pagato e volevano che ripagassimo. Quando ci siamo registrate abbiamo lasciato in reception i passaporti, l'ultimo giorno non li trovavano (complesso fargli capire a gesti che li rivolevamo), quando li hanno trovati non volevano darceli e non abbiamo capito il motivo. Alla fine alzando la voce e minacciando di chiamare la polizia (police è una parola che hanno capito) siamo riuscite ad averli indietro.Assolutamente da non frequentare.

All staffs are very kind and friendly. Cause I was arrived so early in the morning and ask check in, Hotel proceed it without complaint and gave me big room on the top. Honestly impressed. The location was good also, near to beach,restaurant and convenient store.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ và khá đông khách. Phòng nhỏ gọn, tiện nghị đầy đủ, có bể bơi nhỏ tầng áp mái nước sạch. Nhân viên thân thiện Món ăn sáng có các lựa chọn: Cháo - phở - xôi - bánh cuốn . Mình vote cho món xôi - rất ngon Bữa ăn thì thực sự không ngon lắm ( 5/10 điểm) Do hơi đông khách nên việc dọn phòng cũng hơi chậm chắc do thiếu nhân viên 8/10 điểm

trải nghiệm 1 đêm ở đây khá là k được thoải mái lắm. đồ đạc thì hỏng nhiều Tv hỏng bồn rửa mặt hỏng. nhất là có mùi lau dọn rất khó chịu.. giá hơn 900 gần 1tr phòng 2 giường thì cũng k phải là quá rẻ nhưng cảm giác ở đây k sạch sẽ chút nào. ăn sáng thì xuống lúc 8h thì hết phở còn xôi vò để sẵn thì cứng , giò thì ok và cháo ngao có mùi hơi hôi. nói chung là sẽ k quay trở lại…. :(

Khách sạn gần biển, đi bộ chút xíu là tới. Bạn có thể đặt ăn ngay tại khách sạn, đồ ăn đầy đặn và hợp khẩu vị. Tuy nhiên, tấm thảm chân ở cửa phòng tắm không thấm hút nước nên trẻ nhỏ dễ trơn trượt, khách sạn nên đổi tấm thảm chân khác phù hợp hơn vì đi biển về ai cũng ướt hết à. Bể bơi tầng thượng bé xíu xíu, ko view biển được như hình chụp đâu vì đã bắn mái che khuất mất rồi. Nhân viên nhẹ nhàng và nhiệt tình. Nói chung là chuyến đi của gia đình mình ổn!

Điểm trừ to lớn chính là cái bể bơi. Nhìn ảnh xong đến nhìn mà não nề. Ngày thường thì biển ngay gần ko sao vì toàn ra biển, chứ gặp ngày biển động phải cho trẻ lên bể bơi thì chán lắm. Đồ ăn sáng nghèo nàn, hạn chế. Điểm cộng là gần biển, ks rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, nv thân thiện.
