Great value for money”

After reading other reviews I only booked one night, I was surprised so stayed another two nights. The staff where helpful the room was clean and well appointed over looking the beach. Little bit of noise during the day as renovations are in process but didn't bother us. Yes the internet is a bit slow but worked. Overall good value for money

Poor hotel, high price”

I was very upset with Thai Binh Duong hotel. The room rate is quite high but everything was so bad. The receptionists were not helpful and "welcome" us with very cold faces and they did not say anything when I asked some information while checking in. The room was dirty, noisy, the lift was so slow. Even the hotel staff tried to earn money by approaching us secretly to guide us to the restaurant he knew good. Actually it was a kind of annoying guests in order to receive commission later on the restaurant will kick back to him. Only one thing good, it is the location of the hotel, close to the beach, you just need to cross the road. However, people in Cua Lo did not follow the traffic lights and law.

Unpleasant, people frequently were banging in our door and yelling louder because they mistook our room as theirs, they claimed to be lost. Early morning many childrens crying and calling their parents on the corridor. Facilities old, it is like traveling in time 20 years in the past. The lights from the street were inside of our room all night because of the way the curtain was placed too far from the window.

Everything ok. Staff was helpfull. But we had a big problem with Internet. Problem hadn't been solved during 5 days! I had to go downstairs for connect to Internet via wire. So, thank you to receptionist for this ability.

The city and the hotel was like the Overlook hotel in the Shining. It was really low season a guess, everything felt abandon. Dirty room with ants and hair in the bed, the staff gave us new rooms three times. A strange feeling with everything in this hotel, and the staff acted as if we were ghost or something. The wi-fi was the only thing that made us stay for one night...

Our clothes were taken from our room without any prior arrangements and we had to wait on them for more than 24 hours. First morning some of employees knocked on our door at 5:30 and when I opened she just smiled and left. They could serve one thing on the menu, eggs and bread for breakfast and instant noodles for other meals. The staffs eye rolling and hissing made us feel not welcome at all. Not one person spoke English. On every question we had, for example: what time is breakfast the answer was "YES!" We have been in Vietnam for more than a month and this was the worse place to spend your money on. When you are one of two rooms occupied in a 200 room hotel and you are treated like a burden, that is waste of money.

Oui en effet, j'ai rencontré de graves problèmes puisque victime d'un pick pocket qui m'a volé tout mon argent et ma carte bleue, j'ai du interrompre mon périple. J'ai demandé à bénéficier de circonstances atténuantes auprès de l'hotel qui m'a dit que tout était entré dans l'informatique et qu'il ne pouvait rien faire malgré ma proposition de lui transmettre copie de ma déclaration faite auprès de la police Vietnamienne. Aussi, c'est la première fois que j'utilise vos services mais certainement la dernière, j'en suis désolé puisque vous n'en porter pas la responsabilité, moi non plus d'ailleurs. Il y a en effet beaucoup moins de risque de perdre son séjour en réservant sur place, ce que j'aurai du faire car le jour de mon départ les prix étaient les memes.

Sehr entspannt bis auf die Verständigung. Rezeption 0 englisch. Es ging nur über Google Übersetzer Deutsch - Vietnamesisch. Abzocke für Wäsche waschen. Vereinbart wurde 40 000 Dong für einen kleinen Korb ca. 10 Wäschestücke. Rechnung kam mit Einzelaufstellung in Höhe von utopischen 389 000 Dong oder 20 Dollar. Das ist kein Witz. Ich würde dazu gerne eine Rückmeldung dazu von Ihnen bekommen, um zu erfahren, ob sie die Bewertung ernst nehmen. Wenn nicht dann kann ich mir die nächste Bewertung auch sparren. Gruß Josef Baron

シーズンオフのせいか、周辺にも人気（ひとけ）がなかった。ホテルも停電なのか？節電なのか？18:00にならないと電気がつかないと言われた。 披露宴会場も備えた大きなホテルだが、おそらく宿泊客は私たちのみだったと思われる。夜になっても私たちの泊まったフロアとフロント一部以外は照明がなく、お化け屋敷のようだった。駅からのタクシーの運転手もココは開いているのか？と… ビーチが目なので、夏に期待したい！

Chúng tôi tới đây vào thời gian không phải mùa du lịch nên rất vắng khách nên họ nói hiện tại khách sạn không phục vụ bữa sáng, và đề nghị đổi cho chúng tôi phòng khác rộng hơn, tôi thấy cũng không vấn đề gì và đồng ý, buổi sáng chúng tôi ra ngoài đi dạo và ăn sáng luôn. Ở đến 17h chiều nhưng họ chỉ tính cho chúng tôi 50% giá phòng, trong khi theo quy định của khách sạn sau 14h là 100%.

Khi chúng tôi check-in, có 4 nhân viên tại quầy lễ tân, họ đang bận rộn, tôi không phủ nhận điều đó, nhưng họ làm công việc chồng chéo vào nhau và tất cả dường như đều rất hung hăng xử lý 1 sự cố duy nhất mà quên phục vụ các khách còn lại. 1 nhân viên tiếp tôi với bộ mặt như tôi đang xin của chị ta cái gì vậy, cực kỳ cau có lạnh lùng, rồi chị ta cũng lờ tôi đi mặc tôi đứng ở quầy lễ tân rất lâu mà không thèm kiểm tra thong tin giúp tôi. Sau đó tôi được 1 nhân viên bê hành lý tiếp cận và môi giới ra ăn ở nhà hang mà anh ta tự xưng là quen biết nhà hang đó, rồi anh ta chèo kéo chúng tôi 1 cách bí mật để hôm nào chúng tôi cũng phải ra ăn nhà hang đó. Chúng tôi đủ khôn để biết rang anh ta làm thế vì sẽ được nhà hang trả hoa hồng. Phòng bẩn, ồn ào, dơ dáy. Phòng phục vụ ăn sang ở tầng 1: sáng đầu tiên chúng tôi xuống ăn sáng là 8h sáng, 8h30' thì nhà hang đóng phục vụ ăn sáng. Vậy mà vào lúc 8h sáng nhà hang trả lời chúng tôi rang họ chẳng còn gì phục vụ ngoài bánh mỳ trứng và mỳ tôm. Tôi nói lại rang nhà hang phải phục vụ các món họ có cho đến tận 8h30' sáng chứ. Vậy là cuối cùng họ đồng ý phục vụ chúng tôi cháo lươn. Nhưng ôi thôi, món cháo lươn họ mang ra mỡ lều phều, nguội ngắt, tôi nói rang ăn như vậy đau bụng là cái chắc. Và họ bưng đi với những bộ mặt cực kỳ thù hằn như kiểu chúng tôi đang cò quay họ vậy. Thật không hiểu nổi thái độ phục vụ kiểu này. Được cái vị trí khách sạn ngay sát biển. Tuy nhiên đi qua ngã 3 để sang bãi biển cũng không đơn gian vì người dân ở Cửa Lò không tuân thủ đèn hiệu giao thông. Bố mẹ tôi già yếu đi qua đường lộn xộn như vậy là cả 1 vấn đế lớn vì các cụ rất dễ bị xe cộ tông phải. Tôi không muốn đến Cửa Lò nữa, hoặc nếu có phải đi công tác đến đây 1 lần nữa thì chắc chắn tôi sẽ chon khách sạn khác. Cảm nghĩ chung của chúng tôi là: cực kỳ thất vọng.

Lễ tân không phát phiếu ăn sáng, không báo giờ ăn sáng. Nên nhiều khách sẽ không đc ăn sáng, nhiều khách mắc bẫy này của khách sạn.
