This was a great Spot for my Wife and I. We enjoyed the room, it was spacious and very clean! The staff went out of their way to help with anything you need. The Breakfast was the best part! huge selection with so much to choose from. Fresh Pho and made to order Eggs. Would go back to this Hotel in a heart beat.

Value for money. The family room is very well furnished and nicer than we expected. The toilets are very clean. The smell is so good. The beds are very comfortable. All the facilities are included and no need to call housekeeping or the front office often as everything is very well provided. All the staffs are warm and friendly as well. They helped us arrange the local trips smoothly and conveniently even before we arrived in Hanoi. But breakfast should have more varieties for customers who stay longer.

This hotel is very nice. Walking distance to most things. It’s by lake Hoan Kiem, close enough to walk to old quarter, far enough from the crowds. The staff at this hotel was great. Very helpful. Nice breakfast selection.

Revisit after COVID ”
This was my 4th time staying at this hotel. Fantastic location, 7 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake.. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Not many ‘local’ hotel operates 24 hours at the reception. This morning, I check-out at 0430 hours and they are all there. Above all value for money.
