Amazing stay”
We had a fantastic stay with the family, they accommodated us in every way possible. We arrived early in Sapa at 6am and we were allowed check in, shower and get ready for the day ahead. Also, after checking out we were allowed to shower after a day of trekking before getting a night bus out of Sapa. The room and facilities were perfect and clean. Free drinking water is also provided outside the rooms. The house is a short walk away from the centre of Sapa, making it peaceful away from the noise and construction in the centre. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Sapa.

The people from the Guesthouse were very very kind! They even borrowed us thicker jackets because of the cold weather! And someday they brought us fresh food to our room. The location was also great! About 5-10 minutes walk to Sa Pa town! We really enjoyed staying there!

Super friendly hosts! There was really cold in Sapa, but luckily there was an electric blanket in the room. We also used a laundry service and it was good and fast.

The room is clean, bed is comfortable, BUT they gave us room without balcony and we hadn’t noticed it cause were very tired, it’s very noisy outside because of road and poultry, from 3am you’ll hear only cocadooowedooo!

Not accommodating at all! ”
We arrived at 8:00 am from the overnight bus and were not allowed to check-in early. I had written earlier with this request and no answer. It’s a small place and zero flexibility. There were many reviews that said they allowed to check-early..but, us No! It ruined my experience as it was stressful to walk around Sapa and kill time after being on an overnight bus. I can’t recommend this place. Also, it’s a joke about the Mountain View. But, there is free water.

Super welcoming homestay”
Our stay was amazing! The family prepared two rooms for us on the top floor with balconies and a terrace. Everything is sparkling clean, the view is great, everything was amazing. And the family is so hospitable! There also two beautiful cats in this house, they like checking on you from time to time, our kid loved them. The traffic might get a bit loud in the morning starting 7am, but it's not a problem if you wake up early. Sapa has a lot of things to see, so there's no time to sleep anyways 😆 Overall, highly recommend 👍

Perfekte Ausgangslage ”
Diese Familie hat ihre Zimmer wirklich gut durchdacht. Es gibt Wärmebrücken, alles ist super sauber, Mutter und Tochter wahnsinnig freundlich. Im Flur liegt ein Föhn bereit und man kann sich Tee machen. Das beste: anders als sonst so oft mitbekommen, wird man nicht bedrängt Touren etc zu kaufen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!
