Nice lady at the reception, easy and fast to check in. Clean bedsheets and towels. Spacious bathroom and has warm water. We only stayed 1 night during our Ha Giang Loop -trip and didn't pay much for the night. I would say OK value for money.
Rooms are not up-to-date and air-conditioning could be more efficient. Ok place to sleep for a night.

Location was great, right in the city center. It was good value for money and they provided toiletries and hot water.
It was very cold in the room and there was no heating option.

A la dernière minute les hotes ont refusé dexpedier mon sac a dos a lhotel meovak car lotel ne repondai pa au téléphone a 6h du matin ! Du coup la veille j avai fait le plein de provision chargeant ainsi mon sac a dos en pensant que de tout facon je n allai pas le porter. ..mais après ce litige il a fallu que je fasse la randonnée de 22km juska meovak avec tout ces kilos en trop😔 L enoooooorme trou rectangulaire au mur de ka sdb qui donne sur les toilette public et la sdb public de lhotel !!! Jai jamais vu ca dans une chambre d hotel

Es gab eine warme Dusche und warme Decken. Zimmer war relativ gross und die Lage war super.
Das Bad hatte zwar ein Fenster, es gab aber keine Scheibe dazwischen.
