Excellent all round can't describe it any easier. Nice friendly helpful staff great housekeeping staff and night watchman in car park entry always willing to help with anything. Large clean rooms had two different rooms during our 2 weeks there room at front on street was quiet even with bars outside and room at rear was obviously very quiet. These rooms are large compared to the usual room size available in Udon. Will be staying here from now on.

The 8 hotel is very good”
And I will stay there again. Everything was very but for one thing ! It is that horrible muck that Thai hotel March out at every breakfast, mass factory produced poison they call ham made up from all the scrag end bits and processed into something not fit for the dustbin, and then they top it off with those “chicken” sausages made in the same factory probably. I can not eat the stuff so if they replaced it with bacon or a quality ham it would be so much better. But hey ho we live with what we have to sadly. This hotel is not alone in using these products and it should not stop people staying there You will enjoy it.

Great value, high class and centrally located”
We were very impressed with just about everything about this hotel, from the moment we arrived until our departure. On arrival the staff were welcoming and efficient, we were always greeted when we entered the hotel. Our room was probably the best we've stayed in in Udon Thani, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equiped, it certainly was very good value for money. The brekafast menu was more than ample to start our day, well prepared and tasty. The hotel is centrally located between the Central Mall and UD, both are well worth a visit. I really can't praise this hotel well enough, and we will certainly return.

First you walk in and the beautiful scent and cleanliness is apparent. Following this, nice staff. The room was superbly renovated, and a very modern design scheme unique to Udon. Highly recommended!

Excelente hotel”
My wife and I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The hotel is new with beautiful and stylish furniture. Breakfast is served as a buffet with several options of hot dishes, although most are Thai, the service of the staff at breakfast is excellent, all the staff very attentive. The internet is fast. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Room clean, tidy, comfortable and large enough for 3. TV has english channels. Staff excellent, friendly, well presented and helpful. Hotel in close location to food markets, shopping centre and bar areas.

Great location if you need to be in Udon Thani Center”
An all new hotel in a safe area. The street was usually know to be the "bar/girls" creepy area but it is now safe especially since the development of several nice hotels around like The 8 Hotel. I stayed 2 times 5 days without any issue. Located between Night markets (great food & local concerts) / UD Town (open air shopping area) / Bangkok Hospital (probably best hospital in town) / Central Plaza (huge shopping mall), all accessible at a walking distance. The staff is very friendly and speak an understandable english (which is not always the case!) If you don't want to walk in nearby restaurant / night markets, you can still enjoy a meal at the restaurant (which is OK, but you will probably the only customer here) which is also where you can have breakfast in the morning (thai & continental food)

Hard to find better”
A diamond amongst stones, I have stayed in a few different hotels in Udon however this has far been the best. There are many cheaper but you won’t be disappointed here. Ultra clean, great staff, breakfast excellent, sleep quality great, bathroom/shower spot on, location great for the nightlife and shopping, bus and minivan stations short walk. Would I stay again, yes no hesitation in booking again.

perfect stay for my first time”
hotel located among the top place in city center ie. the central department store, train station, UD town the place where teenagers meet each other. bed is very soft and clean. staff are nice and service mind trained. breakfast is wide variety choice. will back again if we visit Udonthani again

Brand new hotel”
and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, there was a couch in the room I was. the shower was strong and it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a great deal for the money, you have to ask for bacon if you want it but the coffee machine had drinks I never even heard of. There was adequate parking and I would definitely stay here again

Convenient for town centre and airport”
Sorry - apart from a quick breakfast we didn't really use the facilities. We came from a remote rural area to be close to the airport, for our flight the next day.
