Pros: 1. Staff is polite. 2. Location gives a clear view of the snow covered mountains 3. Food is simple but good. 4. On request the staff provided me with extra quilt and pillows Cons: 1. Wifi was too far to get any service 2. TV was not provided. I had to demand it repeatedly, then only I got it. 3. Staff didn't clean the room even after request. 4. Hotel is under construction. So it's damn noisy. 5. Isolated from the main habitation. 6. Geyser wasn't functioning. I had to request to rectify it. 7. Drinking water, glasses were not provided. 8. At night after 7 or 8 pm, it gets pitch dark as the hotel doesn't provide any flood lights.

We were fooled by the pictures of the facility. Very run down place . No pride of ownership. Internet worked very intermittently Despite room heater, there was a draft in the room and the bedcovers were always cold. Towels never changed and very cold. Had to sit outside near a bonfire to warm up. The two young boys running the place were very attentive. Because of them, we stayed the second night. Otherwise would have left after the first. Major overhaul required here. No value for the money.

Very friendly and warm staff would go out of the way to help you. But the hygiene factor is a big let go. The buckets and mugs used in the bathroom are so ugly and stained and you will have definite doubts if you would use them. So it is better off if you are using it as a solo traveller. But definitely not as a family. The view from the hotel is outstandingly beautiful. They have a friendly family who run a liquor shop in the ground floor of the hotel. This property is more like a Homestay than a hotel.”
You would not find ambiance,facilities or staff like a hotel.They just provide lodging and boarding facility. So you will be disappointed if you come with an idea of a hotel.They just provide basic aminities like simple room with simple bed and linen,electric cattle,attached bath with soap but don’t expect towel or hair dryer or dressed staff.So if you are not obsessed with star hotels than this place is otherwise good with very good location as you can see Mt.Kanchenjunga from window of your room.Ever smiling and courteous chap Prodip will properly take care of you.Food is also simple and not of much options but tasty.

Замечательный отель в тихом месте. От ресторанов и лавок совсем близко. Номера очень просторные, вид шикарный. Постельное белье чистое. Ванная вполне ничего, хотя один раз отрубилась электричество и не было воды. Но быстро починили. Wi-fi слабенький. В целом, отель уставший и требует обновления, но жить комфортно и уютно. Особенно хочется отметить приветливых и услужливых работников, чудесные ребята! Завтраки нормальные. Что для нас было важно - прямо в отеле есть магазин с пивом! Других алкогольных магазинов в Пеллинге не заметили. Еду на ужин можно смело заказывать в отеле - цена и качество будут не хуже, чем в кафе.
