Parking is a big problem along Magsaysay road but if you're a guest in ADC hotel, there's always a reserve parking slot for you. So many restaurants which are just walking distance (2 mins walk) to choose from and if you don't want to get out of the hotel they have 2 good restaurants inside the hotel. The only set back is that they have no lift going to the reception which is at 2nd floor, no swimming pool but if you don't mind these then this is the place to stay whenever you're in Naga. This is our 2nd stay here and will continue to stay here next time we visit Naga. The room is also nice and clean. Definitely a value for money to stay in this hotel! We love it!

I love its location. There's a bank beside the hotel with ATM, in front you will see Mcdo. There's MiniStop nearby, Starbucks is just around the corner. I love the room as well, with lots of electric outlets where I can charge my gadgets at the same time :) And the pillows, I think there's 6 of them and 1 bolster! It's just so relaxing. The staff at frontdesk were corteous and friendly. My only concern was the noise at the restaurant. My room is at 3rd floor just beside the restaurant, there was a party going on and you can hear the noise inside the room. I suggest you request for room at 2nd floor instead. Nonetheless, I loved my stay at ADC hotel and would definitely recommend this to my friends.

Near to Everything you need”
We went to Naga to attend a wedding. Side trip to Legaspi to see the Mayon Volcano which is another 2 hours of driving from Naga. Our total stay in the hotel is 4days-3nights. We got 2 kinds of rooms- single deluxe and a double deluxe. We got a promo from agoda for single deluxe. Single deluxe room has no windows which i think made the room emit a musty smell but tolerable. The room with window is much bigger but you cant see any good view but the neighborhood. There was a thyphoon when we went there making the electricity fluctuate. Good thing they have a genset. Limited parking space but we always manage to get a slot considering the area is a gimmick place. Near various restaurants so you dont need to use your car when you go out and eat. The hotel has a chinese restaurant and i definetly recommend it! I just dont like their breakfast buffet. Maybe change the brands of the frozen products. Should we go back next time will book this same hotel.

BUDGET FRIENDLY HOTEL”
When you go to Naga and you need to stay for 1 or 2 nights in the city, ADC Hotel is a good option since it is near the gimmick places ie Magsaysay Avenue as well as good transportation services going to the central business district. ADC hotel is a limited number room hotel which has a comfortable hotel bed and a decent-sized shower and toilet area. Included in the room is a cable-ready TV, an AC as well as a mini ref.

Exceptional”
This is our second time to stay here and I must say that The ADC Hotel is consistent with their service. We even had a better experience because this time, the receptionist (a different lady from our previous visit) knew her job well. We just wished that there was a massage service as well. :)

CHEAP UNDERRATED HOTEL”
Thought that since this was a 2 or 3 star hotel, it would be inferior. What a big mistake it was. When I checked in, the staff were friendly. Was surprised when I was ushered to my room. The room was quite spacy. Very clean and the toilet was a;so spacy with modern amenities like hot water, shower and bidet. With the location at Magsaysay avenue, it was basically near all entertainment areas. The breakfast is okay, there was a variety of choices for viand. But most of all, the staff were all very courteous and helpful and accommodating. It should be rated 4 - star rather than the present rating.

ADC is a nice a cozy hotel. It has a boutique hotel feel. There’s a nice coffee shop on the premises. It gets quite crowded. The location is at the heart of Naga’s nightlife..

Staycation”
The location of the hotel is very much accessible especially to the church the main reason why we visited Naga. During night time, many available restaurant within the vicinity and can do a little walk around the area and have a zip of coffee at SB. Mcdo just across the street if you have a kid/s with you. Staff and crew greeted each guest coming in and out of the hotel. Kudos to the management and we will surely come back again for our next trip.

Great place to stay specificallty on the feast of Ina”
The hotel is tourist friendly as they provide information about Naga. The complimentary breakfast even though plated is hot and delicious. The staff are accommodating, resourceful and helpful. they just need to improve the hot water which is not consistent and the ants in the room. they should also consider having an elevator specifically for the seniors.

First-timers in Naga City”
Pros: - It has the most convenient location for first-time travelers in this city. Restaurants, convenience & drug stores are literally just a few steps away. - The in-house restaurant serves delicious & authentic Chinese food. - Staff are nice and friendly. - Room is clean, tidy, and has basic amenities. Cons: - We had a smooth check-in process & the receptionist efficiently printed out a check-in confirmation that had a note that it was booked and paid via Agoda. She did not ask us to pay any thing, of course. However, when we checked out, she billed us almost PHP8,000. When I asked her why she's billing us, she explained that the daily rate is 2k+. I told her that I know how much the daily rate is but I was quite puzzled why she's asking us to pay when we have fully paid the reservation via Agoda. She then said, "ok na po" without an apology. From day one, I already noticed that she is a bit "blur." - Water pressure in the shower is inconsistent, so I had difficulty testing the water for my toddler. - Parking space is limited but we were lucky to get a slot every time. Maybe it's also because our stay was off peak. Overall, we loved the place and we would still like to go back and stay at this hotel.

We were visiting a friend in the area and we had a great stay. They coordinated airport shuttles (complimentary), complimentary breakfast, very accommodating with any questions or issues we had. Very, very high quality hotel near food and stores. Very safe area. If I was going to Naga again, I would stay here.

A-OK Stay”
The room was better than we expected. It was clean and big enough for us 3 (my husband, my 4-year old daughter, and myself). The bathroom needs more cleaning though (there were black stains in the shower area) and the heater needs to be fixed as well (water was either too cold or too hot). They have a restaurant on the 3rd floor. We like the ambiance. The food is cheap but needs improvement, a little bland for our taste. The location of the hotel is excellent (well at least for us). It's near Peñafrancia Basilica Minore, various restaurants (red platter [highly recommended], yellow cab, starbucks, Biggs, etc.), a 10-15min tricycle ride to SM, 20-30min ride to CWC and airport, among others. If you're looking for an affordable yet decent place to stay, I/we recommend ADC. :) P.S: They also provided us a free ride to the airport (when we checked out).

For people who do business in Naga City is the location good, because the hotel is located near one of the main streets in the city. the water heater in our room was on and off while showering, so than hot and than cold. The internet is also not that great. We needed it a couple of times but in the room we had not a good connection. There are some resto's and bar's nearby, that is good. Breakfast was very limited. There is only a few choices. All in all its fair.

Good location in Naga”
Overall a great hotel with good service. I feel the pricing could be evaluated for the rooms as it's a little high based on the amenties that are not included, including airport transfer. The location is most important as it's a walking distance to good restaurants in the area. If you go, try the cheesecake at the downstairs pastry store or 8 spices restaurant - its the best handmade piece of heaven!

DECENT but did not meet hotel expectation”
I opted booking this hotel because the original place that we are supposed to stay in does not have water heater and that is a very important for me since I have a child with me but unfortunately it is not working properly. I have transferred room and clearly stated to check the water heater first since the first one is not working but it's the same. We are force to take a bath with cold water when that was the very reason I booked this hotel. It also doesn't have elevator so you need to carry your bags all the way to 2nd floor but some one will help you with your luggage. Staff are friendly and the room is good enough for the price. We also serve ala carte breakfast.

It addresses one's basic bed and board needs as one attending to matters in another venue but needing a decent place to sleep with decent breakfast. The hotel is surrounded with so many dining options (from fastfood restaurants to bar/grill options) but it has its own Chinese food restaurant, plus an independent coffee shop right at the same floor as the reception desk. The best facility is probably the strong wifi with decent speed. I could catch a decent signal anywhere in my room (which was one of the inner, concrete-walled rooms with no window).

Good value if at discounted price. We looked at this hotel once before and skipped it when price was higher; this time it was fine. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Room itself was 4 walls and no window, maybe that explains better price. Good breakfast.
