Late information and NO information on apartment access. ”
Apt was advertised as No 9 (suggesting high floor). It was actually in basement !!!!!! Building had NO LIFT. I carried 4 suitcases to top floor about 9 flights of stairs and opened door next to apt 10 to find a cupboard. Searched every floor and No apt 9. Eventually, discovered a door and end of corridor, unlit, then opened to find basement and apt No 9. In all about 20 min and several phone calls got int apt. TERRIBLE

Actually it was my first time to use lodging like the Apartment and thus I imagine there is a place like reception of Hotel. I had no guide and information on check-in (or entrance the room) and arrived at Saturday. I had no key and no idea how to enter the house. There was no call responding, no information on emergence call number. I think there should be fuller guide and pre-information on customer before they use it because that customer can be also a stranger to this kind of lodging system. But others were fantastic. Location was great to access to almost all hot placces at London. Building itself was great too because it was so classic and I could feel English authentic culture from the building.

Great place to stay in Chelsea”
We enjoyed it very much. We had booked a studio but were upgraded to a one bedroom. Apartment was spacious and well furnished. We enjoyed being close to The Kings Road.

Staff friendly and helpful. Vey much appreciated the early check in and help with luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Good quality coffee and tea. Excellent information booklet with useful local information. Room was quite noisy though at night with local traffic. Needed to have a window open to allow fresh air, which let the noise in.

Excellent apartment but checkin a nightmare”
The apartment itself was sumptuous and delightful in every way. However, the check-in process was frankly a NIGHTMARE. There was no one to answer the door at the address given. The regular office was closed as it was a weekend and a recorded message gave you an emergency only number (no pen to write that down with!). The emergency number then asked you to wait whilst they called someone to help you (all the while bags on the street in the rain!). And finally I was given access to the building - a safe to get open, keys to collect and a trek across the road to a new address. By now I was seriously not in a good mood. Luckily the apartment itself (albeit on the 4th floor with no elevator and no number on the door to indicated its whereabouts) was charming! Very very poor organisation Agoda!!!
