First of i would like to thank the staff from the reception, room service, pool attendant and the restaurant for your amazing service. We had a great experience at The Avenue Hotel. The rooms was even better than expected. The price was amazing. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, room service is fast. My son enjoyed swimming in their super clean pool. I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues.

It was nice to stay in this hotel, the location was very nice, the food from the restaurant next to it (Viola Cafe) was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The only thing I could complain about is the parking, which is very tight and limited. I didn't have time to use all the amenities but for what I saw it was very nice.

Good but not great”
The swimming pool area needs cleaning and maintenance. The umbrellas were damage already and the pool heating is not working at all. The breakfast selection and menu must be up to a 5 star quality, although the staff are excellent, the food choices are very limited.

Loud music from night club”
Night club is on M floor and my room was on 3rd floor. I couldn't sleep because of noise and from 12 am I was complaining until 2 am they changed my room. From 11:30 am they kept on calling me for check out. Staff not all of them ready to solve problems. For check in they gave the room 2:35 not before with excuse of un available room, while many were checking out during time i reached and when they transferred me there were available rooms

Bad for a 5 star hotel ”
Bad food. I found insects 🐞 in the buffet. All lifts smell bad with heavy smoke. Noise all night in the bedroom. Staff service is not good. The only good thing is the location.

Ground staffs are very welcoming. Receptionist Geison is one of a kind. She remembers guests once they have been in the hotel. A clever lady and alert in your needs. I always like the temperature regulated pool. Lifeguard on duty is helpful. Though some chairs are not properly cleaned and maintained in the pool area. No handsoap in the toilet. Hope an assigned cleaner would maintain the area. I know its not that big pool but hope they would open it for a day pass not only for guests in the hotel. So far hotel stay is pleasant. Rooms are clean. Would love to come back.

Great place to relax ”
The room was cozy, enough space for us couple. We had fun swimming in their pool, great way to relax. The buffet breakfast had enough options. Great staff especially the 2 Filipinas in bubbles music lounge and the Filipina from the reception who checked us out, they were very accommodating and helpful. But except for the guy who checked us in. First he couldn’t find my reservation then when he did, he asked for the payment when it was already paid online. The location was convenient to get to tourist spots. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I really recomend it. Its a clean and comfortable hotel. Fast check in and check out. Everything i want they respond to it fast. The only thing i didnt like is the breakfast ( not a very wide selection ) but its enough and good regarding to the money =) . I would stay again in it.

The staffs were very accomodating. They even allowed us to check-out late, which is for me a plus. The room is very spacious for a family of three. The bathroom had a separate toilet and bath. They have a rainshower and a bath tub which my daughter liked so much. The breakfast is sumptuos. We will definitely stay here again.

The bathroom walls were not cleaned well because there was some dirty things on it. Even the tea cups in room are dirty too!! Breakfast is ok and the facilities are nice. The food for the room service a bit high price but tasty.

The check in was super quick as was the checkout. The hotel is well located, easy access in any direction. The rooms are somewhat high tech which is a nice touch, bed is comfortable.
