Easy walk from Piccadilly station and coach station, located in back alley with some noisy deliveries/bin collections at night. Separate toilet and shower rooms. Automated locks with key codes.

Clean and very good location”
This hotel is very clean and very good location. It is within walking distance to Piccallily Train station, moreover, is near to bus station. The owner of this hotel is very kind he never blame me even I have forgotten the front door entrance code. I shall go to stay in this Hotel again end of this month.

1. 들어가자마자 벌레들이 나를 맞이해줌 2. 샤워실 화장실 완전 분리되있음(1층에 펍이 있는데 그 사람들도 같이 쓸 수 있음) 3. 샤워실 화장실에 물 밖에 없음 필요한건 다 가져가야됨 4. 창문이 안닫혀서 1층 펍에서 들리는 시끄러운 소리 들으며 자야됨 5. 숙소 위치는 좋지만 낙후된 골목길에 있음 6.필요하면 직원을 부르라고 하지만 직원이 없음(아마 펍 운영하면서 호텔도 같이 하는거 같음) 7. 가장 충격적인건 이 모든걸 수수료 포함해서 110달러를 지불함 나의 맨체스터를 망치게 해서 고마워! 1. As soon as I entered, the bugs welcomed me. 2. There is a separate bathroom and shower room (there is a bar on the 1st floor, and it is used with people who use the bar) 3. There's only water in the bathroom in the shower. Take whatever you need. 4. The window is not locked, so I have to sleep listening to the noise in the pub on the first floor 5. The location of the accommodation is good, but it is located in an underdeveloped alley. 6. Ask for staff if necessary, but no staff (probably running a pub and a hotel together). 7. The most shocking thing is that you pay $110 for all of this, including fees. Thank you for ruining my Manchester!

Great Central location but the alleyway is very noisy at night time if your a light sleeper bring earplugs as its near the centre and a pub

Great value, and all you need.”
A basic but excellent hotel, in that prices are great, location is great with lots of food outlets around within a stone's throw, and the rooms boast a comfortable bed and Netflix on the telly. Toilets and showers are shared, but are both in excellent, clean condition. Also, free tea and coffee in the kitchen, as much as you want. An honest offer then, and I left pleased with my stay. Also, a 5-10 minute stroll only from the train station.

Clean, tidy, basic budget accommodation. Well-appointed for the price. Very comfortable. Everything works. Recommended for those who might use a bunkhouse but would like the privacy of their own room.

Worst place ever”
I couldn’t sleep at all because heater was broken and not working, room was full of weed smells. I messaged the host to change room but she never replied. Kitchen was dirty and all the pots were burnt so I couldn’t use anything. Do you still want to book here?

Pay less, expect not the best place”
For a night, and for 35£, this is fine. They had good door locking keypads on each door, but it looked as if anyone could kick the door in. Fortunately, no one did. The shower was weak, and cold in the morning. But for 35 in the centre of Manchester, it's hard to complain.

버스가 잘 다니는 공원근처인데 그냥 그 근방 다 더러운 듯 해여ㅠㅠ 개인적인 느낌으로는 도시 자체가 너저분해요... 숙소도 조금 낡았는데, 영국 구축은 그냥 다 어쩔 수 없나봐요ㅎㅎ
