Good for business or vacation”
I liked this hotel a lot for the affordable price. It’s right between the Gina’s and Shiodome areas, with a Family Mart right in front of the building. The entranceway into the first floor elevator bank is beautiful and the lobby lounge area is truly idea as someone who am wanted a quiet space to work in. The room itself was quite clean with an amazing shower. The pajamas were quite comfortable and the available toiletries were also good. I speak Japanese but the front desk staff also spoke excellent English, which was helpful when I had a question I was unable to ask in Japanese. I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a business or pleasure trip to the Ginza area. Things I didn’t like: The 9th floor corner king view was not very good, but I don’t think they can help how many buildings are around to obstruct the view. It would be nice to have a bathtub but the quality of the shower made up for that. The desk chair was so uncomfortable that I had to laugh at it when I sat down. The bed was pretty hard but this is common in Japan and it is only my American sensibilities that created this issue for me. All this aside, I still awarded this hotel a 10/10. It was an excellent place to relax and focus on my work. I would absolutely stay here again. I would like to see what a more expensive room is like.

Great location, clean, and perfect size”
Loved the location, only a few moments walk from Ginza’s main shopping streets. Convenience stores very close by, for whatever you may need. Rooms were extremely clean and while small, were functional and provided enough space to access luggage etc.. Our only warning is that beds were very firm (to our liking), but pillows were also very thin and soft, almost required being folded over to be useful for side sleepers (less to our tastes).

Good hotel with great location”
The corner room is slighter larger than the normal room in Tokyo. Room is clean, love the free coffee & tea corner on 2/F. There are basically everything, family mart, Donki, restaurants underneath the hotel, 10 mins walk to MTR station and it is only one station to the Tokyo station, location is really great!

The hotel was amazing. Everything is extremely clean and efficient as per Japanese standards. The room while small was fit for purpose for a solo traveller. Would definitely stay again when I’m back in Tokyo and would highly recommend!

Hotel is well located in Ginza. Close to Shimbashi Metro and Ginza metro. Like the free illy coffee machine, at lobby, you can have coffee anytime you want. Also give you coupon for free beer or juice every day. Lots of amenities including pyjamas, pretty much you can live in without bringing anything. Like the bathroom faucets . Water is hot and powerful! Front desk Subas Acharya speaks good English and very helpful! Definitely will recommend this hotel!

Everything is perfect”
Clean, rooms are small because it’s japan but all essentials are there. Very kind staff, free coffee, water, beer or juice and croissant. Location is walkable in different stations. A local grocery store nearby, convenience stores, near Ginza 6 and shopping area. will go back here again

Location is good, though takes about 5 min walk to nearest stations. Close to various convenient stores (Natural Lawson and FamilyMart and 7-11), one min. walk to supermarket if you want to buy cheaper groceries. Rooms are mostly compact, no bathtub but got the best shower head.

Great location in Ginza 8 Chome near Ginza, Shimbashi and Shiodome providing convenient connections to most places in Tokyo. Hotel is clean and facilities are expected for what you pay for, typical Japanese hotel in terms of size, amenities and service offering. Overall since it is clean and good value for money in a convenient location, would recommend.

Conveniently located. Reserved a room with queen bed. Nice friendly staff although not all could speak English well. Booked a room without breakfast but breakfast coupon can be purchased for 2200 yen per person. I got drinks coupons for beer and juice. All in all it was a great experience.

Hotel was in an ideal location, close to subway/trains, shops, restaurants etc. However, for the price you’re paying, the room is small and, my corner room, which I payed extra for, looked smaller than the pictures on the web! Also, my fridge didn’t work even though I asked for it to be looked at and it still wasn’t fixed. I suspect it was lost in translation!

A continuation of my stay from my last visit. Good location. Most staff speak English. Booked a double room with toilet and shower in separated with 2 different doors. Everything in the room worked. Breakfast was not included in the rate but can be purchased with the front desk. Free drinks coupons included and can be used towards beer and orange juice. Light croissant breakfast available.

Not all staffs can speak English well, but all of them are A-stars in trying to assist you with the help and information that you will require despite the language barrier. Special mention to Mr Aoki for his great hospitality rendered to me during my stay there.
