First time in Okinawa”
It was disappointing that we couldn't find out about the services and rental items without scanning the barcode reader in the room. If we had known earlier that they could lend us a sandbox set, we would have enjoyed it more with our small children. However, the breakfast was delicious, and we would like to stay here again for a longer period of time. The children enjoyed the pool until night and had a fun experience that they don't usually have. ✨

Comfortable stay at a convenient hotel ”
The hotel room (family room) is large and comfortable. The balcony is large with a very good view of the city and the beach. There is an extra sink in the room which is very convenient for other members of the family to watch hands when the toilet is engaged. The staff is most helpful and polite. They helped us find a charger that we had carelessly dropped and lost. The breakfast is a nice surprise too. There is a large variety of food. Overall, we have a very enjoyable stay.

The fireworks were beautiful”
I was hoping for a room with a view of the fireworks, but on the day of my stay, they upgraded me and I was able to see the big fireworks right in front of me. The staff greeted me every time I left the hotel in the morning, and the cleaning staff even picked up the trash I found and took it away. I was very happy with their thoughtfulness. The breakfast was carefully prepared with attention to detail, and they took great care to prevent infection. I felt so comfortable staying there even though I had booked a cheap plan. I will definitely come back again.

Can’t beat the location!”
It’s a tower, so if you get in a room up high enough, you will have a great view of American Village and the beach. Both are located within a few hundred yards of the hotel. Easy access to plenty of great restaurants as well as Lawson’s and Aeonmall for any grocery/beer shopping you need to do. Rooms are comfortable with a lot of thought put into things you may need during your stay.

Suitable for staying with children”
The hotel service is very good. I would like to thank Mr. Tamashiro, who can speak Chinese. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly during my stay. The suite I stayed in had a sea view on both sides. The breakfast was rich and there were also children's food options. For children under 3 years old, they provide a pack of 66 Beibei wet wipes, 400ml of milk powder every day (including brands like Meiji and Gokodo), 5 diapers every day (including brands like Daio, Moony, Genki, Pampers, and Kao), and a portion of snacks for children, such as biscuits, rice seasoning, and drinks. The location is good, with a Don Quijote just around the corner. The first floor has a supermarket that opens from 7:00 to 24:00, as well as a drugstore where you can get tax refunds. On the second floor, there are stores like Daiso, Honeys, and children's toy shops, as well as many dining options. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to America Village. To go to the Children's Kingdom, it costs around 1600 yen by taxi. There is also an airport shuttle bus available. You can book it at the hotel front desk 4 hours in advance for 810 yen per adult.

Worth the stay”
We stayed there for two nights and chose the family room which has balcony with nice sea view, the room is very spacious and has both twin beds and tatami mattresses, and is equipped with three well-functioning air conditioners. Includes nice breakfast buffet. The hotel is next to the beach and shopping center, and a 10-minute walk from American Village. Private parking is free and secure. The room is a bit shabby but worth staying for. Overall, we had a great time at the hotel.

the location of the hotel is perfect for watch the sunset and is just next to the American Village. However the hotel need to be renovated because the rooms looks old, specially the windows!

Great view with decent sized room”
The hotel room comes with decent size and great view, however the sound proof can be a bit poor as you can hear kids screaming from neighbouring rooms. The onsen was great but it’s a bit disappointed that hotel residents cannot enjoy it for free (only half priced discount). Location is great!

Good Location, Could Be Cleaner”
Staff was great and I enjoyed the amenities. As a solo traveler maybe I’d stay here again, but if I bring someone, I will not. The lip of the sink was grungy and a couple of shaved hairs were in the sink when I first got there. Otherwise, it’s a good location and I found it easy to walk everywhere in American Village.
