Great for couples but not families”

The apartment was well equipped, central location and the contact, Annie, was very helpful and communicative. It was very secure and very clean.
The windows were big and cold, there are two heaters in the bedroom and lounge but nothing in the bathroom which made it cold. The apartment faces a service alley, we were expecting noise as it was so central but not restaurants throwing bottles into bins until 2am and then rubbish collection at 6am, even with ear plugs it was busy and not great for our 5.5 year old who got repeatedly woken up.

Nice stay overall”

Location for my purpose of visit. Royal college of surgeon office was nearby TV and other facilities were working well Good heating I like self check-in in general
1-Checking in tooke more time than expected and the instructions before arrival were not clear. 2-Washing machine was their but not working. Ive saw it and it's capsules initially and didn't look for laundry outside. When I tried to use it it was not working (door didn't lock)

The property was a lovely home away from home. The owner was very communicable and ensured that we had a pleasant stay. The property was seconds away from the shopping district and had many good amenities around.
I didn’t know until I booked that the property is within a CAZ zone which is like a Congestion charge zone of Birmingham. so had to pay £12 per day that my car was within that zone. No parking so had to pay £9 a day for parking. Nevertheless, I will defiantly stay here again.

Annie was very helpful. The flat was clean and the layout was good. It's a nice little place and the city centre is really on your doorstep.
It was a bit noisy outside when the bins were collected at 4am! There isn't any heating in the bathroom.

Really great location 2 mins walk from New Street station. Fab apartment with plenty of room for 4 (really comfy sofa bed!), spotlessly clean and everything you’d need for a weekend away! We will definitely be back!

Very cosy
The apartment was lovely bar a couple of little things like dirty oily plates and pans provided, the view and the bed being broken. Me and my boyfriend just slept on the pull out bed because of this but all in all it was very cosy.
