the blue sapphire is not the best hotel in the world, you get what you pay for, but for the cost of the rooms it is the best, the staff always made me feel very welcome, even when they found my accent hard to understand, the food was always perfect there, they have a large choice of foods and i tried most of them, i will be staying there every time i visit lipa city, the rooms are small but comfortable, i spent a lot of my time there in the room and always felt at home there, i would recommend staying there to anyone, the transport is typical of all philippines easy to access and you never have to wait long, local shops are small but usually you can find everything you need close by, the nightclub and function room can be very noisy between 11 and 1 am, but it did not make my stay there any less enjoyable,

the staff were great. hotel easy to find”
we stayed over new year. they opened the hotel just for me and my partner. it is hard to review this hotel. everything was fantastic value for money. but the room was tired and cries out for modernisation. i wouldn't usually moan but the room was the only thing that let this hotel down. all the staff were great. location was fine as 5mins on the jeepney would get you to all lipa has to offer. all in all we really enjoyed our stay and breakfast was lovely.

Small Rooms and not clean”
Blue Sapphire knows that they have booking for this date but the rooms was not clean and the bathroom. Although small room if the room was properly cleaned. I cant recommend this place for relaxation. It is only for overnight stay. But their coffee shop food very nice and the place is cozy.

Front Desk Failed to Read Agoda Booking Online”
I booked online the same morning that we will be staying that night. But when we arrived around 5pm, the MOD said our reservation was not recorded in their log book. Only to find out that their morning FD (according to her) failed to read the Agoda booking prompt and did not write it on their log book. We were advised to call the hotel next time if we wish to book instead of booking online so hotel staff can quickly accommodate our request. So since hotel was already fully booked, we obviously did not get the original executive room we booked at high price. We got an awful room that had bathroom leaks and was not really cleaned well (since they needed to clean up fast). The booking was non- cancellable anymore so we couldn't get bumped off and they don't have a tie up hotel for bumped off guests. The plated breakfast serving was small and the viand had small plastics near the meat (adobo). I do not have the energy to complain anymore since we need to drive for our morning appointment.

Budget Hotel”
Can't help but compare this one with other "budget hotels" that we know. I somehow expect a "cleaner" room - as this is through Agoda. Anyway, for one who is a little bit "choosey" - I think this hotel will not be recommended. I enjoy the food in the restaurant - and of course the "wi-fi".

Hotel looked ok outside...but was a bit dingy and stale inside...very small....cold trickle shower but good tv channels even though I never watched it. Wifi poor but was ok for one night..not worth I think it was twenty pounds.

the hotel was a disappointment. the room is too small and poorly maintained. environment is very noisy. one will have an impression that the place is unsafe to stay. room doors is not securely locked...no double lock even experience that someone was trying to open our room door while we were inside.

There is no truth in its advertisement”
It was a forgettable and regrettable stay. It was advertised to be overlooking a lake but not true. There was no wifi in the room as advertised. Breakfast was said to be available only starting at 7:30am which is late for someone who has a meeting to go to
