2 Large screen TV's in Breakfast room!”
We enjoyed our stay at The Boleyn Hotel but there were a few niggles. The rooms are nicely furnished but quite narrow. My partner hit his head on the TV a couple whilst moving around the bed. There are 2 large screen TV's in the breakfast room which were on. Not our cup of tea on a family weekend away with my parents but I know some people might like this. The breakfast was nice but is all self service with just one coffee machine, kettle and toaster which generated quite a queue on the weekend we stayed. Full English breakfast was good but scrambled eggs were the only option on the buffet. It is unusual not to have fried eggs as an option. It would have been nice to have tea, coffee and toast served with the rest as self service. This would have saved queues. Otherwise we liked the hotel. The rooms are decorated to a good standard with stylish bathrooms

Very nice hotel we arrived early and asked if we could park our car in car park which was not a problem but the man on front desk didn’t look very happy not very welcoming we just thought that maybe he had finished a long shift but didn’t spoil our stay also if you book for a Saturday night check if there’s a wedding as the noise is not a issue but the adjoining Indian restaurant runs on zero staff we were told that if you wanted to use the restaurant there would be a long wait so we went elsewhere but all in all we had a great stay and breakfast is brilliant freshly cooked very clean really nice friendly lady serving breakfast (proves that they can smile)

Conflicting experience”
The staff were great. The breakfast was really nice. The price was good having got an online deal. Bed was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the experience was tarnished by lack of room/bathroom cleanliness. It was very dusty. Cobwebs on ceiling. Tea & Coffee stains on wall near kettle and bin. Foods remains under bin and dressing table. Bathroom sink filled up without the plug being used and took ages to drain. Toilet bowl stained.

Cold room, noisy neighbours, sagging mattress, but a great location and very nice staff.”
The room was very cold on arrival, but after discovering how to operate the heating, it soon warmed up. Early appointment in morning, so went to bed early. Was wakened by occupants of the neighbouring room who were engaged in a long conversation. - the walls did not appear to be sound proofed. It stopped when they left their room, but I knew I would be wakened when they returned, so I asked to change rooms. Within 30 minutes I was in a new room and back in my bed for some sleep. Unfortunately, it seems that sound carries quite bit in this hotel as I was again disturbed by talking neighbours and slamming doors - not sure if they were next to me or on the floor below me. Once they stopped talking I was able to get back to sleep, but not for long since the mattress I was sleeping on had a dip in the middle, so I had to keep changing my position through the night. The hotel is clean with very nice staff and just a couple minutes walk from the town - a great location.

We stayed here as it is very near thorpe park. it is also in the centre of staines with easy access to the train station, restaurants and bars. our room was upgraded on arrival to an executive room. very happy with my stay

Very modern hotel and good location ”
Modern hotel, close to Staines city centre and one road back from the river, but quiet. Rooms small but adequate. Large car park and within easy walking distance to Staines and the railway station.

More than we expected”
Looks old on the outside, but very value for money. Staff was extremely helpful, and upgraded us to family executive as we were traveling with a young child. Breakfast was sumptuous and made to order. Recommended and will come back again if we pass by the area.

Right place, right time good value”
After a long day of travelling the place was easy to find, access to the room was simple and the layout really good. Heading down for a meal, the Indian restaurant produced some good food for us. Enjoyed it. Easy check out and back on the road again, fully refreshed.

Late for breakfast”
Room was in dire need of refurbishment - I had previously stayed in a very nice room - when I mentioned the poor standard of our room I was advised we had previously stayed in an Executive room. On Saturday morning we went down for breakfast at 9.52AM and were told breakfast had finished and that the kitchen was closed - before 10 on a Saturday morning!

Review Boleyn”
Some staff were both friendly and helpful others were not. My particular room was not very clean and the lamp didn't work. My stay was for the week and despite asking several times a new bulb was not put in. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows flat and lumpy too. No vent in the bathroom and there was no way to stabilize the shower temp without being inside due to the water spilling out and flooding the floor. Very disappointed, Paper thin walls.
