Where to start?! First the staff....so genuinely nice, friendly, helpful.... never been to a hotel where the receptionist asks us to let her know that we got back home safely! Cleanliness...exceptional, from the rooms to the gardens and common areas. Lovely swimming pool, beautiful views. Location...walkable distance to Santa Maria and beautiful beaches.. Felt so safe and comfortable...just want to go back! Immense thank you to the wonderful staff!

Très bon séjour au sein de cet hôtel le personnel est tout simplement adorable, l’hôtel est hyper propre et la piscine très agréable. Quelques soucis au niveau de l’eau chaude et de la connexion WIFI mais rien de grave !

Belle chambre, grande piscine, hélas eau très froide, manque de protections solaires, les lits autour de la piscine manques de voilages pour se protéger. Petit déjeuner fort peu varié et café très mauvais Personnel agréable, à l'écoute des problèmes mais ne les résout pas

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel”
Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 min Fussläufig vom Zentrum Santa Marias. Einige Meter neben dem Hotel beginnt der schöne weiße Sandtrand. Das Hotel selbst verfügt zwar über keinen Strand, man hat jedoch von den Super bequemen Poolliegen aus einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Es ist sehr ruhig und sauber im Hotel. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Auch die Hauptspeisen sind sehr lecker. Lediglich der Poolboden war etwas restaurierungsbedürftig (Risse im Belag), was aber rein optischer Natur war und bereits in Bearbeitung. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick, welches sehr geräumig und sauber war. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir würden wieder kommen.
