Honestly, the best trip I've ever been on, with the best hotel, and the best/most beautiful beach I've ever been on in my life. For us, one big issue is always food, we're vegetarian, and so I contacted the hotel before hand, and to my surprise they were able to accomodate it to the fullest degree. Every morning we were treated to a special 3 course meal consisting of a salad, an entre and a soup. On top of that, all the dressings for any extra salad were vegetarian/vegan (with milk clearly marked) as well as multiple breads that were veg/vegan friendly. We also sincerely enjoyed the beach experience, with the marine passport we were able to enjoy unlimited water sports at a reasonable price. And believe me, me, my siblings, and my parents we all really enjoyed the water sports and the beach experience. The water was insanely clear. One big thing is, it is far from the main city, but near enough to interesting attractions (Make sure u get a car). OVERALL, FUN, AMAZING, AWESOME!

Great place for fmaily wirh kids”
Outdoor swimming pool was great, which is connected to the beach. Nearby Busena tour sites (observatory & glass boat) and diving spots offer many things to do outside resort in walking distance! Hotel staffs were wonderful... except for the weather that is beyond our control.. stayed in okinawa during typhoon but really would love to stay here again the next time I visit okinawa again :)

Beachfront beautiful views”
Pros: The location and the fact that it is beach front makes this place outstanding. The Japanese breakfast is also delicious. The place is close to 2 golf courses which I recommend kise country club. Their facilities are complete with lots of options. Cons: Despite the fact that it is one of the largest and most expensive hotel in Okinawa. Out of the entire staff maybe 2 spoke English. They can serve you if you want the basic things done, but good luck communicating for more. Their staff's attitude tells you that they prefer serving their own Japanese. Even asking for recommendations on where to eat is a pain. By the way, the rooms are old. I would definitely recommend this place and you will be extremely comfortable ONLY if you speak the language.

The location is beautiful just that we arrived during the low season (March) when the weather was cold and the beach (and pool) was closed. So there was not much to do at the resort. The restaurants (despite having couple on site) were not children friendly. The main dining restaurent and teppanyaki don't allow children under 7. We were not able to get any table on Saturday night since all restaurants were booked for some reason.

the hotel is very far from the airport. if you don't rent a car, you have to take a bus (either limousine or city bus) to get there. limousine bus doesn't run so often but takes 1.5 hr while city bus run frequently but it take 2 hrs. it's just so far. otherwise, super nice.

Strength: Room is clean and spacious. Hotel service is very good. The swimming pools are good for both children & adults with a water slide👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Weakness: Expensive room rate ! Room's amenities are just fair! No surprise!

Love the facilities here, awesome location with great ambience! Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to relax and unwind. It feels like the East of Hawaii. Staffs are friendly but unfortunately not all of them speak fluent English

I've never seen more beautiful resort before. It was old, but really really beautiful. Also we could go to the beach sooo easily every day. We stayed three days but i was sad to leave. People who work there were nice too.

Nice location and beach but the hotel lacked the charm and personal service one would expect at this price and category of hotel. The hotel seems to cater to group tours. Pool was closed at 5 pm which was a big disappointment. When we asked for suggestions of restaurants around the staff at the front desk was rather unhelpful.

Bad experience”
I reserved room with garden view with my 8 years old kid by Agoda, but they canceled on me and saying that it is not possible due to safety issue. They are saying it is Agoda's error? They didn't even believe me until I showed Agoda's reservation number and screen display directly from my laptop computer. Then they tried to downgrade my room with same rate. I managed to get ocenview room, but ocean was far and room was smaller than the room I previously booked. I could not go to other hotel because it was very late at night. Then next day my kid got indigestion problem after breakfast. I thought that it was food poisoning but it was not. Anyway, we went through Typoon to get to hospital. Please do not go to this hotel. They don't even speak English very well. I had hard time communicating with them.

Best facility but worst service. Always ignore foreign guest and serves Japanese more. Finished room cleaning at 6:00pm. 5star price but cheap service. No respect to the guest.
