Already our favorite!”
I rarely write any reviews, but for this hotel I'll make an exception. We travel two to three times a year to Hurghada and have been at different hotels, yet we keep coming back to this Hotel. This was our 5th time to stay at this hotel, and definitely not the last. The quality of food and variaty is top notch, their dinner buffet is one of the main reasons we keep returning back. Our compliments to their Chef and special THANKS to Chef Edward! A small incident during checkout, one the staff checked the minibar and reported that we consumed two items - although we didn't. This was sorted out smoothly but I wonder why did this take place, first time to happen, so I hope it's not an intended mistake.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is amazing, special thanks to chefs zaghloul for the amazing desserts and edward for the amazing lunch at the beach bar. The pool is clean and the beach is awesome. The only drawback was the noisy AC in the room.

Staff is too fast removing plates from the table if both have not finished eating. When watching the world . The commentator was in English 20 people present. All happy. Than 4 Egyptians arrived. The language was changed to arabic and all left. Not nice for an international Hotel!!!!

Freundlichkeit die überzeugt”
Ja, es mag auch DInge geben, die man kritisieren mag. Aber was bekomme ich hier wo? Und das ist es was den Aufenthalt dort immer wieder wunderbar macht. Sehr freundliches Personal (ja, auch die Jungs haben gelegentlich Stress wenn jeder sein Sache sofort haben will). Das Essen passt immer und ist abwechslungsreich. Der Service ist immer zuvorkommend und mit einem Lächeln. Die Leistung ist zu jedem Moment ihren Preis wert. Nichtgolfer und Familien finden in den naheliegenden Hotels sicher bessere Angebote der Freizeitgestaltung. Strand ist top gepflegt und man findet immer sein Plätzchen. Und abends erhöht sitzen bei einem Getränk, ist schon eine entspannte Angelegenheit. Ich komme immer wieder gern, denn die Erholung beginnt mit dem ersten Lächeln vor dem Hotel und einem welcome back :)

Dreckig, schlechter Service und mir wurde zu viel berechnet - nie wieder!”
Bei meiner Ankunft wurde mir meine gebuchten Leistungen (2 Nächte und Halbpension) vorgelesen und ich habe Information zu den Restaurantzeiten erhalten und wo das Restaurant ist. Mehr nicht. Gewünscht hätte ich mir zudem Informationen, wie ich zum Hotel eigenen Strand gelange, wo ich Handtücher für Pool und Strand bekomme, wie/wo das WLAN funktioniert... Im Zimmer angekommen habe ich festgestellt, dass der Bezug meiner Bettdecke dreckig ist und beim Zurückziehen der Gardine auf dem Weg zum Balkon habe ich klebrige Essensreste daran gefunden. Nachdem ich das Housekeeping darum gebeten habe, dies zu beheben, waren die Essensreste entfernt und der Bettbezug gewechselt. Der Bettbezug war nun sauber, hatte dafür aber ein riesiges Loch. Auf dem Weg zum Spa fand ich Türen verschlossen vor, obwohl ich der Hotel-Beschilderung gefolgt war. Vom Spa-Personal wurde ich vor der verschlossenen Glas-Tür gesehen, mir wurde gewunken und gebeten, um das Gebäude herum zu gehen. Bei der Nachfrage, warum die Tür trotz Beschilderung geschlossen sei erhielt ich die Auskunft, dass das Management diese Tür extra geschlossen halten wolle, damit keine Kinder in den Spa-Bereich rennen. Ich wies daraufhin, dass dann aber auch die Schilder entsprechend entfernt werden müssten. Beim Abendessen habe ich den Kellner gefragt, wie es mit den Getränken funktioniere. Er gab mir Auskunft, dass alles inkludiert sei und auch nachdem ich nachfragte, ob ich wirklich nicht dafür zahlen müsse und er erneut bestätigte, dass es inkludiert sei, bestellte ich ein Glas Rosé-Wein und eine 0,5l Flasche stilles Wasser. 10 Minuten später, nachdem die Getränke bereits serviert waren, kam er zurück und meinte, er hätte im System nachgeschaut, ich hätte ja lediglich Halbpension gebucht und die Getränke würden dann natürlich doch etwas kosten. Am nächsten Abend bestellte ich erneut ein Glas Rosé-Wein und eine 0,5l Flasche stilles Wasser. Auf der Rechnung wurde aber anstelle stillem Wasser mit Kohlensäure ausgewiesen. Dies

아고다를 통해서 예약을 해서 그런지 호텔이 풀로 찬것도 아닌데 풀로 차서 그렇다며 호텔 본관과 메인 수영장그리고 입구에서 제일 먼곳에 방을 배정해줘서 왠지 최고의 대우를 받는다는 느낌이 들지않았다. 그리고 조식은 형편없이 부실했고 계란오물렛을 만든 사람은 그 일이 싫은지 아니면 손님이 싫은지 계속 화를 내고 손님의사는 무시하고 손님을 조종하는 태도가 너무 싫었다. 이건 나한테만 그런게 아니라 다른 손님에게도 그랬다. 이 호텔을 추천할수 없는 이유 중에 제일 중요한것은 바닷가 옆에 있지않다는 것이었으며 골프장을 끼고 있었지만 골프하는 사람에게 어떠한 혜택도 없어서 굳이 이 호텔을 가야할 필요성이 없어보였다.

Utmerket mottakelse på flyplassen og transport til hotellet. Vi ble servert kald drikke og frisk oppskåret frukt i bilen. Utrolig delikat! Ved ankomst til hotellet ble vi ønsket velkommen på en personlig måte og ble invitert til å sitte ned i baren hvor vi hadde fantastisk utsikt til golfbanen og Røde havet.Vi ble servert et glass musserende vin og ble så sjekket inn mens vi satt i baren. Dette var en veldig hyggelig måte å ønske velkommen på som vi ikke har opplevd tidligere på et så stort hotell. Om kvelden kunne vi sitte ute under stjernene og nyte middagen. Veldig romantisk! Hele personalet var veldig vennlige og hadde fokus på god service. En av kveldene inviterte ledelsen til en liten mottakelse før middagen hvor det ble servert tapas og drikke. Adm. direktør presenterte ledergruppen som også gikk rundt og hilste på gjestene. Veldig positivt tiltak! Vi benyttet Thalasso-senteret som vi også var veldig fornøyd med selv om det var høye priser på tarapiene. Veldig profesjonelt personale. Vi ønsker å komme tilbake til dette hotellet!

Amazing stay at the cascades”
Amazing stay at the cascades, rooms were super clean, great pool, and amazing staff. Food is good, with decent variety, but what made the stay great were the staff, especially Hosny at the restaurant. There is a kids area with a slide and a couple of swings. Spa was great albeit a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for (amazing quality and cleanliness) Definitely recommend this hotel.
