We were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The surroundings were clean and comfortable. The bed was fantastic and the en-suite had a good sized bath as well. We were very pleased with the experience and will definitely visit again. The breakfast was fab as well.

Rare hotel with parking in central London, even though the parking is £50 per night. Walking distance to Green Park tube station and Oxford St shopping.

Our room was great and location great but would not eat at thr Restaurant the meal was almost inedible with poor customer service. Did not have breakfast due to poor meal at Restaurant. The staff on checking out very helpful and did refund half the Restaurant bill.

Lovely Hotel”
I stayed in the Cavendish with my husband for the London Marathon. The location was perfect in St James and the view from our window amazing, particularly at night. We had a classic double room which had everything in we needed - lots of tea and coffee and lovely White Company toiletries. It was very quite at night and the bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly and all the public spaces were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very Comfortable Stay at the Cavendish London. Everything Around you such as museums, shops & historical places. Green Park is a 5 minutes far from you & Of Course The Hyde park is just an opposite of it. I really enjoyed my holiday at the hotel & Hopefully to comeback soon.

Excellent location in premier area!”
We have stayed at the Cavendish on a few occasions, chiefly because of its location- opposite Fortnum and Mason and close to the Royal Academy, Green Park, the Ritz and quality shops. The hotel's rooms are quite comfortable and of a reasonable size. The hotel staff are its best ambassadors...courteous and anxious to please - nothing is too much trouble. Two small gripes: 1. My wife is diabetic and requires a couple of slices of toast at breakfast time - she is not allowed to indulge in the vast array of food available in the breakfast buffet. Sadly then, the £22.50 charge is excessive to say the least! 2. The Wi-Fi charge of £15 an hour in bedrooms is ridiculous these days...when it is freely available in the lowliest burger bar, telephone box, pub etc. The Cavendish needs a rethink on these issues!

Great location, warm and friendly service”
Stayed in an executive king room. It was spacious and clean with a fantastic view of the London Skyline. Ask for a high floor. The amenities are topped up on request and that includes the cookies. Small little extras at no cost are always a nice touch. The wifi is great and the concierge made a couple of great meal recommendations. The location is unbeatable. Right between green park and Piccadilly Circus. Plenty to see, shop and eat around the hotel. With Borough market just a few stops away on a direct train. I would definitely return to stay here.

Comfy, and centrally located”
Whilst it may seem a bit tucked away on Jermyn St, the Cavendish is in a great location - close to everything - and within walking distance too - from SOuth Bank to Oxford St & Marble Arch - just be prepared to zigzag across back streets a bit. The rooms, whilst not huge, are well fitted out and the bed must be one of the most comfy I have ever slept in!

Well-equipped hotel in a brilliant position”
I was in London for a week on my own in january. I’d stayed here before about 8 years ago and enjoyed it. Booking months ahead through Agoda and pre-paying allowed me to get a reasonable rate. Staff were helpful; the room was compact but very comfortable (especially the bedding); the air conditioning control was easy to understand (a pleasant change!), and most importantly it is in a brilliant spot with easy access to Piccadilly tube station and loads of restaurants.

Pleasant and centrally located.”
The hotel is centrally located and closed to public transport. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby the hotel,about 3 to 5 minutes walk. Hotel has good services and the room is comfortable. By London standard, the hotel price is reasonable and the size of the room is big as comparabled to our hotels with similar price.

Short stay but great location and nice room ”
Only had 1 night at the Cavendish. It's a very nice hotel. Rooms are small but that is to be expected in central London. Great location close to the action but quiet enough to get some rest. Expensive but does deliver. At this price it's amazing that internet is not included in the room.

Old Fashioned Service”
With the exception of the bathroom, which could have been cleaner, we had an excellent stay. The location was superb and the hotel met our expectations of what a good standard, traditional hotel should be like. The bed was soft and very comfortable and the room large enough to make ourselves comfy in. The Concierge and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would recommend if the price was right.

Anniversary night in London”
The hotel is situated in a quaint quieter part of the West end but only a short walk from Leicester Square, Green Park & Buckingham palace. We had lunch at The a Ritz & a musical at The Coliseum so it was ideally placed. The hotel reception were very efficient & offered us a great upgrade to 14th floor Executive room for a small addition plus a great breakfast for £18. The concierge were very helpful with our luggage storage too. A complimentary bottle of wine & personalised card awaited us in the room with our bed beautifully decorated in petals & towels. A very pleasant stay to celebrate our Coral anniversary ....we will return!

The Cavadish is very close to Piccadilly Circus - walking distance at least 5 minutes. Green Park is also close. So you can go easily to the tube and all the famous sites in London.

Very friendly and helpful staff in a great location”
We stayed in a superior room, which is still considered to be a bit small for travelers with large suitcases but manageable. There is construction taking place next to the hotel that begins at 8 every morning, so this may not be the most suitable time for late risers. Other than that the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel provides great access to shopping district as well as the tube (Green Park).

I stayed at the classic room which was a little small but ok for a short stay. Hotel staff were exceptional, great service and friendly attitude. The location is perfect, couldnt have picked a better place. The room service and breakfast were reasonable but nothing too special, cant find any faults though. Overall a nice stay, would rebook again.
