So far everything is okey. The view is nice, the breakfast is excellent! I love ur soup. Since my room was at 3rd floor, so far no noise can be heard from the outside. The service also fast when I requested for an iron. The staff also nice when I ask to change my room. They are being very helpful. Everything is near for me (shopping, foods, exercise etc)

Amazing experience”
The centrepoint lies at a great location. It's in the walking distance of the Mall, some good restuarants, the Sultan Sharif Ali University and good shopping centres. You can also find good dining options, cafes and shops in the same building block. We actually booked a deluxe room with a queen sized bed, but when we arrived they only had rooms with 2 double beds, so they upgraded our room to a junior suite, with no extra charges. As they said, this may not be possible all the time, but I think this just shows the friendliness of the staff and their concern to make our stay memorable. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided by hotel. Overall, it was one of the best hotels we had stayed in Brunei.

Hotel location is within walking distance to the mall, jollibee, mcD as well as shops... the room is very cold... you have to wear jacket and sock while stay inside the room..

New Year at Centrepoint”
Everything else is perfect. Except for the food serve at the hotel restaurant "The Season". We used to stay here years ago and the longest stay was more than a month, every day the breakfast served had been great, food were delicious and many choices. I enjoyed staying at Centrepoint for the whole month that we stayed there. However, my recent stay 30th and 31 st December, during the new year at Centrepoint was a disappointment. Rizqun Hotel is better at serving food at their restaurant. Worth paying. Please improve your food. I dont mind much for the fact the walls are thin and basically can hear people talking in the next room or down the hall. I would still like to stay at Centrepoint but for breakfast I will go to Rizqun. The centrepoint staff are wonderful and very helpful.

The location of this hotel is right smack in the city centre, and this is complemented by generous sizes of rooms. The rooms might have seen better days, but nevertheless the furniture is maintained very well. In terms of food, what's available in the buffet breakfast during my three mornings there can do with a lot of improvement.
