Very clean room, tea/coffee/biscuits on arrival, but the bed was a bit lumpy but OK. As a budget hotel it's good- you get what you pay for. It's only 5 mis f walk from Chertsey High street ,but in a quoiet area

I loved my single room with en suite bathroom great that I was able to come and go as I required as I had 4am starts when working the staff were really lovely and very helpful..no problem with noise at all Thank you I would stay again

Needs updating”
Hotel needs an update doors in bedroom to outside we’re old wooden framed without double glazing, locks consisted off two bolts one top and one bottom and one across the doors plus an added clip chain no key lock. Bed not very comfortable. I have paid less and stayed in better. It’s sister hotel in stanwell is far superior but has been taken over by home office for Ukraine and Afghanistan asylum seekers, some of which were also in this hotel. Location is good as close to town centre and over looking the Thames river

Tired International traveller”
I had woken at 03.00 to start my journey at 05.00 (single female), eventually flew into Heathrow, took over 1 hour to pick up hire car in dark + rain, arrived at pub 20.45. Car park was tiny + full. Parked some distance away. Friday night, very loud live music night. The lady who gave me the key, (entrance from pub car park upstairs) told me the music stopped at 23.00. My room was right over the 1 musician + amp, the music stopped nearer 24.00, the last customer left at 00.45 - at last I could sleep. Woken up at 07.00 someone hoovering the room underneath me. The bed was a very narrow single and I kept waking up thinking I was going to fall out. Otherwise the facilities were clean, good size room. No 1 around when I left at 09.00, pushed keys through the letterbox as both doors locked.

Check in was quick, the room clean and tidy. Drinks making facilities, toiletries and towels in bathroom .. Excellent value .. Deffo use again and recommendations to family and friends

The room is above a pub and is quite old fashion but it does the trick for a night if you need a place to stay. Don't expect any luxuries but room is well equiped.

Cheap but not cheerful. Would have paid 3 x the price if the room was modernised but, it was clean. The lady was friendly but no ONE AROUND WHEN WE LEFT TO REPORT THE FAULTY SHOWER.

Handy Bolthole for Chertsey”
Nice room, easy access 24 hours and very handy for the town centre without actually being right in the centre, which I prefer. The single bed was quite narrow (2'6" I guess) and I was worried I might fall off it but I didn't. Overall a very pleasant stay.
