NO WINDOW”
We were put at the room without any window on the fourth floor without lift. The room was super hot and creepy. Then we asked to change to different building. Staff was good that allowed us to change but the room still have dust on the windows and doors. Big dirty mirror without any closet. Better than nothing

Nice cheap hotel but could do with a little modernisation”
We had a nice stay at The Cottage - it has good facilities for the price, good fast WiFi for TV streaming and a mini fridge. The air conditioning was very noisy and the shower wasn't the cleanest. No complaints despite no lift, it's only a few flights of stairs. Friendly staff. Dezato Café does a great lunch and the iced drinks are fantastic. Vili Steak and coffee is also great and the iced coffee here is one of the best we've had yet. Night market on Saturday is incredible in Lampang so don't miss it!

Cheap and Big Hotel”
Hotel is clean and big, and value for money. Located within walking distance (7-10mins) to Central Plaza Lampang. Staff are very friendly. However, do take note that there are no lifts in this hotel so heavy luggage maybe an issue.

I have stayed overnight at this hotel several times and have been well-satisfied. It is very conveniently located in the middle of Nakhon Lampang. The principal receptionist speaks good English, but there can be substantial difficulties of communication with other staff if you don't speak Thai/Lanna

The hotel was perfectly situated for our purposes. It was clean with big rooms and basic facilities (no restaurant to provide meals), however, due to its close vicinity to the Central Plaza Shopping Mall (4-5 minutes walk), that was not a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel for the money ”
As other people have said, there's no elevator, so if you don't mind the walk (I didn't) get a room on the top floor. It's located down a small street so it's fairly quiet, especially at night. The river and the old town are a 10 minute walk away. It's also next to the Central Plaza mall, so that might be a plus for you. They don't have bike or motorbike rentals, but those are easy to find by the river. Although there's no breakfast, there's plenty of options nearby. The staff are great and so is the wifi. The balcony is a bit small in the regular rooms, and there's no chair out there, so that would be a good addition in the future.

This was the first apartment i have booked. Free morning coffee a bonus. Nearby to a big Robinsons supermarket. The apartment with kitchen suited because we could watch television in one room while our young child slept in the bedroom. Tuk-tuks were a very short walk away

Helpful staff, super-clean room”
The staff was super helpful - they redirect me as well to get a free bicycle from the local tourist office. It's the cleanest room I've ever seen in this last trip. Comfortable and really good value for money.

Good service, good air-con. The hotel is close to the central plaza and room size is big enough but toilet not clean, there was some stain on the toilet floor.

Staffs are friendly but the hotel may need renovation ”
My room was arranged in the 2nd floor right up in the entrance so it was quite noisy that I can hear the street sounds. There was basically no insulation of the wall or the door so you can hear from the other room or people walking in the hallway. It didn’t last long so it was acceptable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is at the back of central, which is exceptional.
