Relaxing, comfortable place with great service”
I was upgraded to the balcony room, since I was the only guest while I was there. If you're booking, the balcony room is worth the extra money. The view from the bed and balcony are wonderful. Service was fantastic. Michael and "the girls" will pamper you as much as you want to be pampered. Dinner can be ordered and they will cook what you request and it will be served at the time you request; no waiting. The house is in a residential neighborhood; so it is quiet. The beach is a ten minute walk away and is a great place to walk during sunset time. Tours around Bohol Island and dolphin/whale watch (weather permitting) can be arranged. Also snorkeling. A massage therapist can be booked to come to your room. If you're looking for a quiet hotel where you can relax in a comfortable and beautiful setting, Cove House is a great place to stay.

Quiet warm home, first-class service very good hotel, quiet, peaceful, first-class service, family feeling. Just very far away from the Alona Beach, a remote location, surrounded by little shops and restaurants. The charter and the charter is a bit trickier, like the excitement would like chartered around the island and the charter of the island-hopping tour is not suitable for. Relaxing retreat”
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated - a British colonial home with matching decor from the owner's personal antique collection. The room was comfortable. We had the balcony which gave us a beautiful view of the sunset. Sharing the bathroom was no issue as it was very clean, and there's only one other guest room. Michael is a very kind and friendly host helping arrange whatever we needed. Gemma cooks amazing food upon request. You just need to give her 2 hours notice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great bed and breakfast”
We had a great time at The Cove. Mikey was so nice and helpful. It feels like home when you walk in which was nice because we were there for Christmas. The food is amazing. It's a small B&B and it was difficult for the taxi drivers to find.

Nice European-inspired Cove House”
I really wanted to try their foods because most of the reviews in TripAdvisor said that they are great but we were in a tight budget. For Filipinos (especially backpackers and budget-travelers), the rate for the food is somehow expensive. The place is 15 minutes away from Alona beach and Dumaluan shoreline. Michael was really helpful and allowed us to bring foods from the outside since we can't afford the in-house. We were the only guests during our stay because we occupied 2 rooms. I love the view from the balcony.

+ quiet at night: no motorcycles as in Alona beach, just a chicken near by every now and then + motorscooter for rent for easy getting around + very clean room, hot water in the bathroom, A/C and TV + prepare fresh meals on demand with fresh chicken/fish/vegetables + tasty breakfast with fresh fruit/eggs/toast/... (what you want) + very friendly and helpful owner speaking excellent English + lovely garden with several locations to hang out and spend a quiet day + good snorkeling ~10min to walk direction of Belview Resort Note that there are only few bigger restaurants on the beach nearby. For anything else you can either take a cheap tricicle or take your rental scooter. We have already come here the second time and can definitely recommend the place.

It was a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The house taker was great (Ms Gemma). It is totally private and I highly suggest for couples or family that wanted a quiet and relaxation stay. Transportation and food are all arranged by the house taker efficiently. a 5-star comfort.

Lovely. Feeling at home in this B&B.”
We had a brief but lovely stay. If you want to have a home away from home this is really recommended. Michael welcomes you to the house. It is great for a couple with two kids. The only thing is that you need to make sure your driver knows how to find it or ask Michael for a map which you can show to the driver.

lovely quiet B&B on Panglao, Bohol”
Shhh - don't tell anyone about this place, this is our secret, ok??! I've been looking for a place in the Philippines like this for ages - it's a perfect little B&B, in a beautiful location, very close to an airport, really quiet and peaceful, but very reasonably priced. It's ideal for a quick weekend away from the city. The B&B is based in a beautiful, which is extremely - the interior décor is English, and reminded me home. The garden is also quite English - including an impeccable lawn - but it leads directly to a mangrove coastline, with very nice ocean views. Get the Balcony for the best view!

Wonder host ”
Our stay was a good experience we thought Michael our host was helpful friendly and one of the nicest people. The shared bathroom was no problem as the other room was a nice considerate couple. The food was very good and nicely served. We could walk into the small town and walk along the beach get transport to Alona Beach.

Wonderful Surprise”
What a lovely surprise to find a gem like this on a small road leading nowhere! Peace and quiet, a genteel and cultured establishment off the beaten track. Nothing was too much trouble and our stay was perfect. Close to the beach, but away from the crowds. Can't recommend it too highly.
