A true hidden gem (worthy of revisit)”

stayed here for one night as was attending a festival function in Wembley Park area. Could have stayed in hotels near to the Hall, but were out of my budget. However, Harrow-on-the-Hill is only 7 stops from St Pancras International (central London) and 2/3 stops from Wembley Park. The hotel itself is a short walk from the main shopping area of Harrow-on-the-Hill. I was meant to stay in a single-ensuite but got upgraded to double-ensuite. What a comfortable bed (didn't want to get up in morning, 0 noise from outside) Loved the ensuite and Lotus biscuits :o) Any questions I had about the local area, transport, rebooking etc etc were all answered by the Manager and when I returned at 1am, the Manager was there to open the door for me. Truly a friendly, professional warm and welcoming service I received. (thank you to the Manager Kamaal for making my stay great and thank you to the new female [sorry I didnt catch your name] Receptionist to showing me to my room and opening the door :o))

Acceptable & good value”

Good price

I was looking for a cheap hotel for a quick overnight stay in London and The Crescent fitted the bill. room only with shared facilities (but actually was upgraded to Ensuite at no extra charge). The room was basic, decor a little tired but generally clean and fairly comfortable. Pretty much exactly what I expected for the price and type of hotel I chose. If you're looking for somewhere simply to lay your head whilst visiting out Capital city, The Crescent is fine. If you are looking for style and luxury, look elsewhere.
