Roomy and high quality hotel ”
The hotel is located not in the central Tokyo but easily to reach from the Kashiwa station and really good to Narita Airport 1 hour by bus in front of the hotel.

My family and I had a plesant stay at The Crest Hotel in Kashiwa. It is located centrally in Kashiwa, in 5 mins walking distance near the Kashiwa station. Room is spacious enough for 3 adults. The hotel staff is good and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel if people go to Kashiwa this small city.

The Crest Hotel was a great place to stay for those visiting Kashiwa, or making it home base for traveling the rest of Japan. I recommend staying here. The staff was great, attentive, and very kind to foreign travelers. Just a three minute walk from the train station and the Narita Airport bus to Kashiwa drops you off right in front of the hotel.

we were on business trip in tokyo and china. the hotel located strategically between chiba and tokyo i.e. in kashiwa city, which is sometime referred as the shibuya of chiba. you can access to various part of attraction in chiba and tokyo from kashiwa city. 30 minutes to ueno station using rapid train, 30 minutes to kaihin makuhari using local train, 20 minutes to aeon lake town, the biggest shopping market in kantou area. there is also a schedule bus limousin to narita airport just in front of the hotel.

Advertised as roomy enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The room is quite roomy by Japan standards. However, the room photos are deceptive. The beds look like double beds even though advertised chonestly as a "Twin". Thus, it was basically 2 U.S. standard twin beds. Fine for an adult sharing with a small child each. Any older than 5-6 years old, the parent will lose sleep due to how small it is. Great suburban location. Opposite side of the station from where all the restaurants, bars, and shopping is, but a 3 minute walk. Easy train access to northwest Tokyo, especially Ueno.

Lost and returned”
We left the hotel early in the morning and traveled to Osaka, when we'd realized we had mistaken some important documents as trash and left them in the trash bin. Panicked, we called the hotel and gave them the details of our documents, even though they might have thrown it away. The hotel staffs called us back in 5 minutes and told us they had found our documents and will send them back to us by air mail to Osaka. I can't thank them enough! Japanese O-MO-TE-NA-SHI!!

My visit was business visit . the hotel staff always very helpful and always given due respect and consideration for my request..Amazing service and when requested to currect my wifi connection in the room, i the mid night they did so... availability of on demand films also great as it was good way to relax. all in all happy stay and closer to public transport mean save lot of money against taxi fees

It's a great hotel with everything nearby. 3 mins or less walk to train station. Big department SOGO right next to it. And by walk 3-5 minutes to reach another 2 big shopping centre. You won't worry about getting food or necessities. Very nice and friendly staffs.

Easy access to trains and restaurants ”
A great place to stay. Train station is 5 minutes away and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room is great and coming from airport by bus will stop directly in front of the hotel. An easy access place to stay. Staffs are also friendly and able to speak english.
