Friendly pub in great location ”
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting the area. Our room was small but had everything we needed and was very clean. The staff were very friendly and the cooked breakfast was great considering what we had paid. My husband was very happy with the free parking at the rear of the prop. Location for visiting Windsor couldn’t be better, our car didn’t have to move all weekend, everything is within walking distance. We didn’t eat here in the evening but the food that was being served looked very good. My only issue was that the shower was lukewarm the first morning, we used it earlier the following morning and it was piping hot. Would recommend anyone travelling to this area to stay here.

Cozy, quirky Inn ”
Lovely little Inn and Pub. I stayed one night on a trip to visit Windsor Castle and the stay was wonderful. A quirky (in a good way) and adorable place to stay. Lots of charm. My room was nice, well kept, and clean. Well stocked for the typical amenities. The staff were all phenomenal, from the gentleman that gave me the tour of the building and facilities when I checked in at nearly midnight to the lovely lady who served me breakfast with a cherry smile. The breakfast was great too! I’d absolutely stay here again.

Location! ”
My daughter and I chose The Crown and Cushion for its location and added bonus of being able to park our car. The room was delightful and very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cereals, toast and hot food made to order. Highly recommend especially if you're going to visit Windsor Castle which was a delightful short walk away over the Thames.

Exceptional”
The Crown and Cushion was excellent value for money. It’s really well situated on Eton High Street only a few steps from the Thames Bridge and Windsor. The staff were welcoming and friendly, there’s a car park, free WiFi and an excellent breakfast was included. The building is a bit quirky with floors sloping in every direction but it’s full of character. I’d certainly stay again.

Absolutely Spot On”
We stayed here for 2 nights to do the touristy things and go to the races. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Especially Reece The location is great just over the bridge from the castle, town and the boat trips The room was small but had all we needed and a very quirky floor! (slanted) The breakfast was very nice and the icing on the cake was parking at the hotel Will definitely return Thanks for a great stay

Great Stay”
This is an excellent place to stay to visit Windsor. One of the few places that has parking so the car stayed there whilst we walked everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable and the cooked breakfasts were delicious. The only downside is being above a pub the noise was quite loud through the floor. We accepted this as we knew before we booked and to be honest we were so tired after all the walkiyit didn't keep us awake. We would definitely return.

Everything great except the noise”
Amazing place, great breakfast, lovely staff, clean, comfy bed, rooms good for the price. Bonus parking included. 400yr old building so no straight lines, feels like being on a ship! Very creaky, noisy floors, people in room above woke me just walking around! Probably listed so single glazed which means lots of noise from street. Great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend, just bring ear plugs.

This is an absolute gem of a find. Well located, lovely, quirky old building with character. Food was excellent, and the bed was seriously comfy. A special mention though for the staff - every single one of them were an absolute pleasure to interact with. Looking forward to a return visit.

Clean good value room in great location”
Excellent location, clean, good value for money. A couple of things to be aware of though: it's an old building with slanted floors - not in itself a big deal, but the bed was also slanted, so I kept waking up having half slid off! (This could be easily fixed by placing blocks under the legs to level it). Also, there's some noise from the pub outside.

Stayed two days and had a great time. Breakfast was great and plenty to chose from .Staff very welcoming and gave us some great tips for Windsor .Small car park but no trouble getting a space. Was noisey on the last night outside but that wasn't the hotels fault but the location is on the main walking route between Eaton and Windsor .Good food menu and choice of beer etc . One night stay”
Could not believe we could stay right in the centre of Windsor at such good price. Yes, it is an old building with creaky, slopey floors and the room was a bit tight with its bed against a wall, but overall it felt pretty friendly even though there were only a few of us there. Breakfast was fine. Did not eat evening meal there but fellow travellers did and thought it was good and the staff very friendly.
