Beautiful hotel with terrible service”
We stayed for at the Dalmar Hotel for three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. The hotel's common areas are beautiful and while the rooms are small, they are tasteful and clean. The service, however, was horrible. We waited for an hour at breakfast for an order of avacado toast, which was ice cold upon arrival. Upon returning to our room around 3:30 pm, it was still not made up, despite indicating "please make up room" on the door. The pool was staffed with one bartender, which was not enough to keep up with all of the guests. I would like to stay here again to enjoy the ambiance of the hotel, but am unlikely to do so because of the service.
