Great food at the Asian Hotel downstairs.”
The staff were really helpful, the food was delicious and we learned the cook was trained at a German cuisine restaurant. It was our quarantine hotel for 5 days. Our windows faced a wall so we could not see a view and 3 light bulbs were out. We asked twice for new light bulbs but it did not happen. Beside that we made the best of it and played board games. Not that many English clear channels except Nat Geo to watch so we watched You Tube movies with our HDMI cord connection to the big TV.

Rooms are exceptional value for money”
The rooms are exceptional value for money and are nicer than many of the 4 star hotels in Manila. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very close to food places and a food court with some of the best restaurants for Tourists. I think the only downside to the stay was the Breakfast, it was most defiantly lacking.

Great value for money in a central location”
Stayed here with my son and brother and was given two beds as I requested. In terms of room service, they were very attentive and whenever I asked for something, I'd usually get it within five minutes. The security guard was also friendly and the rest of the staff were nice. The hotel might not be as popular as other hotels in the area but overall a great value for money and a gem for travelers who aren’t fussy and just need a place to stay.

There's definitely room for improvement since it's an old building with wear and tears here and there. This is not the type for staycation, no view at all on the window, but it's a place to consider when you need somewhere to stay while you have things to attend to nearby. It's a walking distance away from 'the malls' of Makati. The staff are attentive and helpful. Not the perfect hotel, hindi pwede sa maselan, but my group's hassle-free and safe stay is enough for me to give it the highest rating.

Great stay, great location”
The location of the hotel is near Greenbelt. They allow you to order food via food aggregators and deliver it to your room. Various furnishings are in the room as advertised. Cleanliness could be improved. Some parts of the room of where a person won't notice easily has cobwebs, stains or dust. They could also improve the ree internet connectivity. It promises fast speed when in range but as you go further the other half of the room the signal gradually gets weaker to none. I'd suggest that you upgrade your routers to a slighty better one that has more range. Luckily I had mobile data at the time. Overall, great stay despite the cons.

Close to Greenbelt ”
I stayed for 4 nights and I was after for a place close to Greenbelt. It is only few minutes walk to Greenbelt 3. and Greenbelt Chapel. Lobby is a bit dated and dark. It has working elevator. My room is in the second floor. Surprisingly, it is clean. I was hesitant about the comment from previous people who booked in this hotel but the room that was assigned is clean and bright which is what I like. My cousin didn't make it so I have the room all to myself. Bed and Pillow is comfy. Breakfast is also good. There is few options to choice from. Sad part is I ask to have my room clean up on the second day. Unfortunately, my dirty plates, towels and bedding are still there. I called the receptionist to have it clean but still i am not being attended. Receptionist are approachable and lively but im not to sure why the room was not tidy, even i called them out several times. Wifi connection. It doesn't give me justice. I was going to work in the hotel but wifi is terrible. I keep calling the receptionist to check on it. It may work for a while but I keep receiving connected without internet. It if it not for the bad wifi and proper room cleaning it would have been a great stay.
