A trip worth remembering ”
This was our second stay with Elgin group of hotels, the first was in Kalimpong 3 years back, we were travelling all together after three years because of the pandemic. Elgin always surprises us with their hospitality, service and facilities.. we had a lovely time at the Elgin Mt Pandim, Pelling. Awesome service, excellent food. It’s true when the leader at the top is so customer driven his team has to be brilliant. My special mention will be Mr Surojit Mukherjee (GM) , restaurant stag morning shift Sangita, evening shift Anushka and Aashika… these guys made our trip worth it… all the best team Elgin Mt Pandim

Amazing heritage hotel”
It's one of the best hotel experience ever. The property is beautiful with some amazing views. Rooms and decor are too chic and royal. Hotel staff was courteous. The food quality was way above expectations, they use to prepare fresh food for each and every order. Wish I had known this hotel was so good I would have planned to stay with Elgin in pelling as well as Gangtok. We were regretting why we didn’t book Elgin in Gangtok as well. One of the most amazing hotels I came across. I wish to visit it someday again. 10/10

The property has an excellent location and the rooms had an unobstructed view of the Kunchenjunga. Each room was well maintained. The staff were very friendly and my whole family loved the hospitality. Food at the restaurant had a wide spread and every item was tasty. Will definitely return to this property.

Best located hotel to see Kanchenjonga range from room”
Excellent hotel. We were very happy to stay here, watched Majestic Kanchenjonga range from the room itself. A garden well maintained with shining green leaves of variety of trees. Good buffet spread both at breakfast and dinner. Excellent service by ever smiling house staff. Only concern area is the receipt for payment made to Agoda for 2 nights stay. Property said Agoda will provide. Agoda is silent. Do not know what to do.

The Mount Pandim Elgin, Pelling, is a beautiful and out of the world place to make memories. The staff members were commendable when it came to taking care of the guests. The food was delectable and the variation was awesome. The location is surreal and clubbed with the hospitality and love from the staff, this hotel is simply outstanding. A special thanks to Surajit Mukherjee for his cooperation and hospitality towards us. Thank you, team! Will visit again!

What an amazing place! You enter the hotel and you will realize that you are in for a wonderful experience! The ambience of the lobby is royal!! The views from the hotel and room are amazing! Words are less to describe! I loved it so much!! The food - they take time as they prepare it fresh but it's worth the wait. The staff was really caring and it's worth every penny! If I get a chance to go to pelling I'm coming back to this place!

Elgin mount pandim”
We stayed at Elgin mount pandim from 26th to 28th December. It is a great place. We were spellbound by the absolutely amazing view of Kanchenjunga right from our room and from the beautiful lawn of the hotel. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, so is the seating area, with a nice fireplace. You may enjoy some coffee with cookies or a drink or two with snacks in the seating area.

Best Hotel Experience of my Life”
Why was it the best? 1. The location. We had 3 days of clear skies with amazing views of the Himalayas. 2. Rooms. We had great views from our rooms so we could enjoy sunrise sunset etc 3. Good value. The price of rooms in this hotel are excellent value and we treated ourselves to lunch and dinner in the restaurant. 4. Staff. The staff were very kind and there was a relaxed atmosphere amongst them. Best experience ever! But mostly thanks to the View !!!

Excellent hotel with view of Kanchenjunga”
This is a very fine hotel in Pelling. Pelling is a gem of a hill station. The hotel and its staff are very good. The suite room has incredible views of the Kanchenjunga to greet you in the morning. The surrounding lawn has nice places to sit and enjoy the mountains.
