The hotel locate on great location and I think it only one strength. Because I found the door in my room can’t lock and that door connected with terrace. I just stay at 1 floor and no one and staff can’t fix the door. I don’t know why they let me stay at this room. And I don’t know why i dare to stay here.

The television was broken when I got there, wait nearly an hour to get someone come checked and changed room. I didn’t fully checkin until 16:00 but had to checkout exactly at 12:00 the next day. When I requested to check-out late cause I have a stomachache and explained what happened, the staff was rude and quoted the policy and said that the room had to be sold to someone else. The key to the room was also locked at 11:30 like forcing you to come out of the room and couldn’t come back
