Ideal for wedding reception”
We travelled from Canada for a wedding in Koronadal. The Farm @ Carpenter Hill was a great venue for the wedding reception. The staff went continuously out of their way to provide us with outstanding service. There were several issues with their wifi and getting reception for our mobile service. The entire communications system (including landline phones) need to be fixed. But if you disregard this problem, the resort is well maintained and, again, the staff is friendly.

When in Koronadal we always stay in the Farm, simply the best. No other hotel in the same class in this area. Very relaxing, friendly staff and very good food. The whatchai soup and baby back ribs is the best. Also some very nice karaoke rooms.

Nice Hotel”
The place is clean & quiet. the staff are warm and accommodating. A little far from the city proper, perfect place to stay if you want quietness and relaxation. The facilities are well maintained. Thegarden is beautiful and the bonsai park. they also have a children's play ground... there are trees and is well landscaped. A Japanese inspired. Soothing and so relaxing....

nice hotel in a quiet location”
The room had a good bed, but the ground floor window wouldn't lock closed. Also the bathroom window was a little smaller than its opening in the wall allowing mosquitos to enter. They could use some caulking. Gnerally it was a nice room with bottled water and a kettle. The room service was great, the baby back ribs were excellent. It's a little hard to spot from the road at night. All the facilities are quite spread out. We drove to the hotel cafe. The free breakfeast was average. Hotel staff were nice and the fish pond water fall was a nice touch. I would stay there again

I was only there one night, but I found the hotel to be a secluded and peaceful place. The staff was friendly and the food good. If you're not from the Philippines like me, you have to try the pineapple juice there as it was the best I ever tasted!

staffs were very friendly.. beddings and linens are superb. Only downside is the heater and comfort room is a little bit dirty maybe because it is seldom use. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and i love the pool and the foods!

An expensive experience”
We found the room dimly lit. The shower was moldy, no facecloth or bathmat. The floors were dusty and the sole side-table lamp was not working. The kettle could use a cleaning and the smoke alarm needed a new battery as it started warning us the first night. The restaurant was not serving half the menu and the free breakfast was cold - despite the 5 staff sitting and socializing behind the counter. The grounds are pretty but have seen better times. The new pool area was great although we never used it except that's where the breakfasts were served. All in all the Farm has great potential but it was more costly than a 5-star in Manila. Not a great destination. We only stayed there as we live nearby and wanted time away from the family.

The garden hotel was okay as the rooms and Japanese garden were nicely constructed. The bed was comfortable and the place was a quiet. Although they need to be strict at the entrance because they just let us in without asking if we had a reservation. They also need to give directions going to reception area for check in because the place was big and there are different paths leading to the restaurants, aviary bar & café, etc.. The place needs to be well maintained as there are dried leaves all over the area. There were only very few guests that were staying there when we checked in.
