Excellent staff”
I stayed over night with my daughter for a cheer comp she was in. The staff were excellent kept checking if the heating was good and that we were warm enough. Even the next day let us leave our other belongs so we didn't have to take them with us and collected them later on

First of all I have to say the gentleman on reception was fantastic. Cannot fault him for friendliness and how helpful he was, fantastic. However I feel the owners need to spend some money and get the rooms sorted out! We had a double and a single. My daughter slept in the single and it was really comfortable bit the double was atrocious. I could feel every spring in the mattress. The taps in the bathroom drove me mad. The sink was too small for the powerful taps so everytime the tap was pressed I and the floor got soaked. There was also mould all over the bathroom ceiling. To finish on a positive the carpet appeared to be new and the bedding was clean. We were also able to get extra towels and toilet rolls when needed. The location is great for winter Gardens and the tower.

Absolutely lovely people will go out of there way for u u don't get breakfast but you have brewing takle nescafe tetley tea and also help u with near by places to eat can't remember we're them burgers was from guys but u must try overall lovely place .e n my sister in law loved it will be going back very soon oh if you love horses Helen no s her stuff thank u both for ure hospitality xxx

Pros: friendly staff, clean room, good value, great location Cons: tight squeeze in rooms (very little space for luggage and moving about), no AC so the rooms get hot and muggy (small fan provided)

Brilliant ”
The hotel smelt beautiful. It was clean and tidy. The room was perfect for us. The staff were so polite and the manager was so funny. He was very humble and made us feel so welcomed as well. We all loved our stay. The next time we want to stay over, this will be the hotel I’m only ever going too. I will not go anywhere else haha. My children loved it. We always visit Blackpool but we thought ok let’s make a weekend of it. This was the first time we stay over. We chose to stay 2 nights. We didn’t want our weekend to end. My eldest daughter who’s ten said I miss the hotel! Haha. Thank you for having us. We loved it.

Rubbish been here loads of times before but changed hands when booked its said u get breakfast but when got here they said u had to pay extra for it so false advertising so paid for breakfast went to get it was nothing there just bits left over and cold shambles

Wonderful staff very friendly ”
We stayed for a few nights and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We needed to do some laundry and the staff did it for us and even ironed everything. The room was clean and it's 5 minutes walk from the front very convenient when you have small kids. The only problem was that the doors banged a bit when people were getting back. We had a brilliant stay will definitely be coming back.
