The rooms is clean, spacious, and well equipped. There is a ref, a smart TV, electric kettle, fresh press for coffee, flat iron and ironing board, etc. I am nitpicking here, but a small microwave would have been nice as there is no means to heat up left over take-out food. Outlet switches are also very accessible. The king-sized bed is great to sleep in. The 2-seater sofa in the room provided an additional sleeping option for me (the daddy who can no longer fit in the bed with my 2 kids). Parking slots are also abundant. Will definitely come back.

Best Hotel in Camp John Hay”
Your mileage may vary. For me and my group, we loved the hotel. Every staff we met were professional and friendly. We loved their choice of words. When asked about the minibar at checkout the staff member asked in a friendly manner if there was anything that we liked from the minibar. I liked the friendly message about our checkout the night before and the morning phone call the next day if we needed any help with checking out and the friendly suggestion that the hotel can still hold onto our luggage in case we still want to spend more time around Baguio. If possible, I would recommend checking out the different rooms before moving your luggage inside the room. I really like the rooms with a view of the mountains and the restrooms (CR) with the rain shower head. I recommend eating the beef tapas for breakfast. The fireplace is a nice touch to sit down with loved ones at the end of the day and just talk or tell fun stories. The couch and chairs are comfortable.

Best Baguio Experience Ever”
I’ve been to Baguio many times and I can say our stay with Forest Lodge is the best yet! The family loft was perfect for my family of 4. The room, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, 2 bed, a living room + balcony = ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! The staff greeted my daughter Happy Birthday when they passed her and everybody was warm and welcoming. And because it’s in Camp John Hay, everything is easily accessible. We could clearly see the souvenir shops from our balcony too! Can’t wait to go back!

Best place to chill in Baguio”
If you want to get away from the busy Baguio City area, to just chill and enjoy the pine smell and cool weather, The Forest Lodge is the best hotel. Prices of accommodation are just right. Not too expensive but the services, facilities, cleanliness and staff exceeded my expectations.

One of my happy places”
I have stayed here thrice already and its a go to place if you just want to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet ambiance. A plus if you want to feel what Baguio is - City of Pines. The hotel's team are very accommodating, friendly and does excellent customer service. The room is clean, spacious and with dim lighting for comfy feel. The food is pricey but a must try. What I like here also it has a convenient parking area. And if you do not want to drive around, its easy to book a taxi here via apps from my experience.

The best Baguio vacation”
We had a very pleasant stay at The Forest Lodge. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, everything was seamless. All their staff were very courteous and helpful. Every request was fulfilled within 5-10mins of call. Food at the Twist was great, serving was generous. Room was clean, drinking water was refilled every time we requested. Cozy, Clean and Comfy”
With COVID 19 virus still around travelling can be stressful and worrisome especially thinking about the hotel's sanitation practices. The Forest Lodge satisfies all sanitation criteria for this OC mom, am very sensitive to allergens and glad to say from the carpets, curtains and beddings- no allergy triggers what so ever, and the bathroom was really squeaky clean!!! Even with no air conditioning, comfy sleep was achieved with the cool atmosphere and quiet surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of the city. For a relaxing getaway, The Forest Lodge is the place to be in Baguio.

Excellent service”
First time to stay in a hotel that provides hygiene kit (with masks and alcohol). Superb client service, housekeeping and luggage assistance. Large, spacious rooms, with small sink and faucet at the mini bar. Restaurant serves delicious meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Theres a coffee shop and gift shop. Check in and check out would take around 10 - 15 mins. Will definitely come back. Camp John Hay is still the best area to stay in Baguio.

My family and I was so glad that we chose TFL for our 3 day Baguio stay. Not only was the hotel aesthetically pleasing, it was spacious, near to nearly all Baguio landmarks, friendly and great staff bit most of all, eternally grateful to Ms. Lyra of concierge for helping me pull off a surprise birthday gift for my wife. We enjoyed the stay here for 4 nights. Big bed good for family of 4 with kids. Room is clean, nice. Staff are very nice too, and my kid enjoyed the activity set during our stay there. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Baguio.

Our New Favorite Place in Baguio”
We stayed at the Forest Lodge for 3D 2N during this pandemic and we had a great experience because of the amazing customer service of Rudolf. His personality and professionalism added so much charm to this hotel. He made us feel at home. He called us by our first names and assisted us all the way. You know how sometimes in big hotels you can go unnoticed... It was different here. Rudolf and the staff has made us feel special and so we'll definitely go back here. We also love the hotel design, our room at 206 with the forest view and its location at Camp John Hay. Finally we were able to breathe some fresh air while in the comfort of our cozy room!

Good place to stay inside Camp John Hay”
(+) Fast wifi, no need to login. Got upgraded for free to a room with balcony. Big room. Water heater working properly. (-) Had to request for bath towels and hand towels. Towels and toiletries not replaced after cleaning so you always need to request for a new one. Checkout is early at 11am, but can be extended to 12pm if possible.

Baguio at its best!”
The room is spacious, I love that there's a small kitchen sink provided. Bedsheets were amazing, staff were super helpful. We actually thought we lost one of our key cards and advised them that we will pay for that upon checkout. During room checking, they found it in the room when we thought we lost it somewhere else because we did our own search in the room and found nothing. They're pretty thorough with their processes. There's Coffee Stains coffee shop at the lobby, also serving Viscos Strawberry Shortcake so if you can't get to Viscos, this is great for you. Amazing view, so close to everything you need inside CJH. Can't recommend it more!

Offering Rooms That Accommodate Pets Would Make This The Best Hotel in CJH.”
The location is prime with just a few steps from Le Chef at Manor. Very clean rooms, staff are all courteous and warm and a there’s a 24-hour cafe that serves a delicious strawberry shortcake. Wish they also offer rooms that can accommodate pets like dogs. I think the rooms near the parking will be best for that. 👍🏼

We're a family of 2 adult and 2 seniors. The seniors celebrated their birthday there. It was great. Special mention to Zy and Angelou. The food staff are amazing! Guards are nice too. We will definitely go back there with the whole fam.
